I was showing a guy at school this website today and he stopped me on a picture of a CPS 2000 and said "Hey, Ive got that thing at my house with like an inch of dust on it." I asked him if it worked and he said he'd find it and try it. Provided it works, what should I offer him for it? He's already told me he'd sell it cuz he isn't into water warfare.
Heavy artillery + high ground = an easy battle.
Why else would they call me Leviathan?
"Artillery batteries, prepare to fire. XLs, dual aquastorm. Balloons, quick burst, short range. Battery commanders, FIRE AT WILL!"

Whatever you can or want to, really. CPS 2000s can go for $200 online, although that's mainly for the Mark 1s. This has been under dust, you say, but I'd still give it well over $100 if it were on eBay.

That said, it's your choice. I'd give him a bunch just to be nice, but I might not be saying that if I were the buyer.

Nice find, though! I'm also assuming it's a CPS 2000 and not a 2500, although that'd be great too.

It really depends on your price range. CPS 2000s can go very high on ebay(Iv'e seen one go for $305). Let him offer first, and then rasie his price a little if it isn't ridiculously low or high i.e-$15 or $250.

If you can't spend way too much-don't. I would personally take one for $60 if it was in good condition.
