Not sure what you mean, but the reason you pour water into the nozzle is to load the cannon, because they don't have reservoir caps or anything (caps would be a weak point). Once you have a sufficent amount of water in the reservoir, you pressurize it with a bike pump, which only pumps in air.

Yes this is the adronl and by SCIII I assume that you mean the 6" cannon I built. Well I never posted any video because well the bigger you make the cannons the lower the pressure rating on the pvc and it is far more expensive also took some help firing it. We did do some high pressure fires but really doesnt beat the range of the SCII and costs a lot more. Does have a retarded sized shot though. I really like just using 3 or 4" pvc great pressure rating and cheap and easy to find. I stopped caring for the piston cups as they wear out and you get leakage.
