Yes. That will make it shoot a riot blast, so don't expect it to shoot as far as it used to.

The easiest way is to take a hack saw and cut off part of the front. I would cut 1/3-1/2 of the front orange part. Make sure you don't cut the valve!

I made my own grill for my triple aggressor out of loads
of paper clips.

I had to weave them all, it took ages.

Probably not, considering "grills", if I know what you're referring to, don't seem to increase range, and certainly don't increase output. Maybe it was to make the stream spread over a wider area.
