I have built a Douchenator using the basic instructions on the soaker media site. My problem is, I CANNOT seem to find the schrader valve used for loading pressure into the Douchenator's PC. I have called 7 or so auto parts stores and I have also been to three hardware stores. None carry this elusive piece that is so commonly seen on bike tires. Anyone have any pointers? What stores could I find this valve at?

Local hardware stores often carry schrader valves. Large chains, such as Lowes, Home Depot, etc. rarely carry them. It also depends on your area. More suburban-urban areas tend to have every product under the sun available, while in the rural countryside, you'll have trouble. They should also be cheap. Here, schrader valves are $2 each.

If you have an air compressor, avoid schrader valves completely and look for air couplers. Those are cheaper and would work better. They also are more common, hold more pressure, and are easier to install (all you need is a check valve and a bushing).

If you don't have an air compressor, you're probably out of luck then. Schrader valves aren't too hard to find actually, but SpudTech sells them at a higher price: http://www.spudtech.com/detail.asp?id=44

Amazon has them. Less than 3 dollars each. They're the same type we use.
