I am going to build a WBL but don't want to spend hundreds of $$$ on an air compressor any tips in general for a water baloon launcher? (especially an alternative to an air compressor)
No I don't want to use a lacrosse stick

use a bike pump and build a douchenator (instructions are in a topic on ssc) it costs less than $20.
