Please help me (Flash Flood issue)

I have some problem with my Flash Flood's flash firing valve (or maybe nozzle).
First, kindly check the video from the link below.
http://youtu.be/2ePD_7XJnkE
The first red one shoots no problem, but as you can notice, the 2nd blue one shoots strangely, and I have no idea.
If anyone has any hint what the problem is, please let me know.
Thank you very much.

It looks like something is either partially blocking the nozzle or the firing valve isn't opening fully. Open it up and try to look.

The firing valve is not opening completely, that happens frequently in Max-D blasters. Make sure that you're actually pulling the slide back all the way and that it has full range of motion. If it's doing this every time, you'll need to open and inspect the mechanism.

Thank you very much. This happens every time and I am surely pulling it back all the way. Ok, I will try opening it and check the firing valve and report later. Thank you.

Also try lubricating it with some silicone lubricant. I noticed in your picture that you have pulled the lever back all the way.

I opened it and lubricated with silicone lube spray. It seems the valve is working properly. I will reassemble it and do test fire later on. If anyone comes up with anything else I can do, please let me know. Thank you.

I did a test fire but unfortunately it still shoots as before. However, now it sometimes shoots ok, like 1 in 10. How can I fix it completely?

If you didn't disassemble the Max-D mechanism and rotate the valve around its entire range of motion to check if its moving more easily (as well as for spreading the grease around), then the job wasn't done right or perhaps you didn't use good grease. You do not want to use aerosol based silicone grease; the propellent is partially diluted in the grease and it will damage the plastic; not worth the risk except as a last resort.
Make sure the valve moves around freely before reassembling it.
After that, you may want to add rubber bands to assist with the valve closing, but the spring alone should be able to do the job.

I didn't disassemble the Max D mechanism, so I will try. And I didn't know the aerosol silicone grease damages the plastic. I will also have to get some good grease. Thank you always.
