Does anyone know how long it takes to get a replacement Supersoaker from Hasbro? My current soaker has gone boink, and i'm about to give up on opening it up.
The email could take a month, after that, it takes a few weeks for it to arrive. It varies quite a bit.
Continue with the repair, send Hasbro an email. They usually won't ask for the broken soaker, so you can leave it where it is. If they do ask for it, make sure you know what you're getting if you can.
