My gorgon pump snapped recently fully extended just in front of the pump seal, I can make a homemade pump easy but first I need to get the old pump seal out.

I would keep the old seal and just attach it to a new rod. It would be a lot easier than trying to make a new seal. To get it out, you probably have to open up the gun, though if you don't want to you could always just unscrew all the screws near the pump shaft and just sort of pry it open enough to get the seal end out. You may have to break off the pump cap though; I don't know if it's glued on the Gorgon or not.

As luck would have it I had Gorgon pump available from M4's HC 2500 attempt, it's fixed now. (it lacks a pump handle though)

Pump handles are fairly easy to make. I'm curious what you will go with.

After testing it with M4 gorgon pump I noticed that the pump volume is to small (he cut it down to work in the HC), so I'm still going to make a homemade pump for it.
