Name the Water Blaster Parts
Name the Water Blaster Parts
Here's an Internal Picture of a Water Warriors Piranha. While not every single part is pointed to, the main ones are. What do you call/how would you describe a certain part or section identified by the numbers? I'll post up the names I use after a few responses are posted.
Notes:
- if you don't need to come up with a name for a part you are uncertain about. Just give names for the numbers you use specific names for.
- you may need to expand your window to see the whole picture. Parts indicated are labeled 1 to 20.
- for sake of clarity, #16 is pointing to the black metal rod, not any of the plastic parts.

Re: Name the Water Blaster Parts
20 is meant to be pointing to where batteries are kept; true, not a standard component, but it made sense to include it for this water blaster line.
13 as well is not a conventional component, but also made sense to include it for this image.
Thanks for the lists so far. I'll push mine up soon. Basically, I'm working on compiling commonly used terms of various blaster parts.

4. Back/Trigger Grip?!?! (or base-casing/frame?)
5. 1st check valve
6. Pump shaft
7. Pump Cap

15. Firing/trigger valve (ball valve)
16. Trigger connector?!?! =/
17. Trigger
18. Nozzle selector
19. Nozzle
20. Battery compartment
While I don't consider many of these to be everyday terms, they would be what I would use should the need arise. (Though I'd probably shorten the naming, especially on the field)

Re: Name the Water Blaster Parts
Before I unpin this thread and compile names used above, anyone else have any other terms or names they'd wish to add to the above listings? I'll unpin this topic on May 5, 2008.
