Today I decided to take apart my SL 1000. It appears to have a cps cylenderical bladder, aside from that the internals are in one piece making for an easy re-assembly and a good overall gun.

Collosus and backpack mod anyone?

The trigger doesn't connect to the nozzle via wire like many super soakers making the trigger itself much less likely to break

If you did a backpack mod, how could it hold the pressure? If I remember correctly, the Speedloaders didn't have any pump.

Exactly. But because it loads into one pc you'd have to make a pump.

I noticed the nozzle has no rubber o-ring. Wouldn't it leak like heck if you put the nozzle in the speedloading device?

The speedloader leaks like heck while your filling, after and before.
