I recently bought a Flash Flood from Target. Every time I extend the pump, it extends too far and when I try to push it back in, it's a little tough. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Hmm... Looks like a problem with the spacer inside that's supposed to stop the pump rod from coming out. Can you remove the pump rod completely? What if you don't extend the pump as far?
A little more detail in the description could help us out more.
