Well first casualty, got too aggressive try to bore the lamination wall behind the standard nozzle and went too far. If you have one(or more), give me a price. Thanks, Brad

If no one offers a replacement nozzle, let me know. I should be able to offer a good repair solution.

No, it's toast. Only having it remolded would work...it's that bad. But thanks anyway, Brad

There can be a repair for that too. I was considering removing the entire nozzle assembly and replacing it with a PVC version. Should work similarly, and you probably would be able to reattach the nozzle selector parts.

Nah, I want to keep it stock looking until you get to the largest nozzle. If/when I get another set, I think I'll barely enlarge it...and I won't touch the lam wall behind it. Looking at this one, it's odd how that was molded into the nozzle: it's larger than the nozzle opening. I don't think Hasbro wanted this thing anywhere near as powerful as the 2500. Have a good one, Brad

Well it's back. The 8.5x that got messed up now is a flash flood nozzle bored with a 1/2" bit(isoaker has the pics). The originally bored nozzle(11.5 to 15x) now does not have a laminator behind it making more like a 17x. The same goes for the 5x, and it acts more like my CPS1000(8x). I'll take shots of it firing later(which now isoaker has). Thanks, Brad
