Pressure Chamber

I was going to try replacing the bladder on a cps 2500 but was struggling to get this back clamp off is there anyway to g get it off?

According to this guide, you can cut off the end part blocking access. Scroll down a bit and you should see the end result. Please post what you find as I don't think this is documented well.
