Up until yesterday, I had one remaining CPS 2100 in working condition among the seven that I've owned at various times: keyword had. Yesterday, my friend and I were doing some training excercises for two new members who just entered the league, and one was using my 2100 when the pump all of a sudden snapped off in his hand. This is the second time its happened to that particular gun. The first time it broke, I had a stockpile of spare 2100 parts that I was mixing and matching to various guns. Now I'm all out of spares. The problem is that the plastic tube-esque thing holdinh the two sides of the pump together through the pumping mechanism broke off. Can anyone think of any creative ways to remedy my problem?

The attachment point between the two halves of the pump broke?

When this happened on my CPS 2000, I used a nail/screw and a copious amount of JBWeld. Worked pretty good too. Just remember to use JB on one side only, otherwise you can't get the pump apart again. Ever. Without a hacksaw.

Adrian has it right.

This was on the website anyway: http://www.isoaker.com/Info/article.cfm ... ir_cps2000

Really easy repair. I actually did this to my CPS 2100 before it could break simply because it is much stronger. This is a repair I definitely would recommend.

I do these as a mod rather than a repair. Better safe than sorry, and better at home than during the middle of a battle. :p
