Out of curiosity, what was your logic behind making it Member-Only, previously?

Well, as it used to also house the "off-topic" threads, I figured it be better to have it members-only. I prefer to let members have some privacy when talking about off-topic subjects. There have also been problems in the past when off-topic threads got too heated.
