There are no suburbs. We're playing in a rather fantastic land, in the middle of a lake, with underwater tubes leading from island to island. The scale is, oh, maybe 15 miles by 15 miles on the map.

"X"s mark caves (possible shelters and/or bases) and the "C"s mark storages, where you can get/store weapons. That's where the battles can be won. By taking over the storages.

And Dux, there's no way a WBL could possibly shoot 500 yds. Why don't you make it 100 yds. instead?

<span style='font-family:courier'>My Character...</span>

Cloud Strife
6'1" 160 lbs.
Guns: CPS 2000 and CPS 1500 (neither modded)

Are we going to make teams before we start, or just start up and make alliances as we go along? And how far is it to land?

BTW, if no one caught on yet, the idea is to have two or possibly even three teams (preferably two), with the opposing teams trying to gain/maintain control of the crater.

What is the map's scale? How big is it? What's a square mile on the map? I don't know the answer to any of these questions.

The map is 225 square miles in size, 15 miles on each side. The scale is about: 1" = 3 miles. (That's 1/3" x 1/3" = 1 sq. mi.)

I'm working on a "Commander's Version" of the map, if Soakologist doesn't mind.

Thank goodness for math!

BTW the map is a *bit* complex. 225 square miles! You could go a day or two without engaging the enemy. Also, I think there are too many features. It gets confusing trying to remember what's at each numbered position and where the tunnels lead.
