Well my traps were kinda intended for one-time use anyway. Btw, how would I perhaps go about say... time-triggered water bombs, ya know like C4 bombs? =P Plant them in some kinda structure, then when the timer hits zero the whole place is flooded (assuming you planted enough of them). Perhaps you should consider the smaller Tiger Shark. If you need the fan blast, just modify one of the nozzles. :goofy: The smallest CPS-based blaster is the SC500, but that one is both not sold anymore nor does it have a fan blast, either. Come to think of it, a WW Argon or WW Xenon are options, t...

Great news! The extra CPS2500 just arrived, and I tested it out and everything is working as it should! This guy's definitely getting a positive review for customer service. Now I have both the CPS2500 and MXL, the two biggest blasters from our childhood days together at last! :bringit: Edited By E...

Hm... I dunno. It still sounds weird and I still don't understand HOW the spring will be tensioned and held in place by a pin that you say needs to be like hairline loose. I told you I'm not fluent at this kind of stuff. Also the individual components sound way too bulky. We're gonna be carrying th...

I'm trying to do something fun with the Overload similar to Temari's Daikamaitachi no Jutsu , using the fan blasting and swinging it to cover a large area. Problem is, when I swing the Overload too hard, all the pressure just dissipates almost completely. This happens on any nozzle setting, but thi...

Unfortunately it's very a wide open field, hardly anywhere to hide except for maybe the two playground structures in the back. My condo complex on the other hand has virtually unlimited hiding places, so we'll try that first chance we get. Gonzo is busy next weekend so the next war will have to be ...

I followed the instructions and cranked backwards a couple times, but as hard as I crank it won't fire. What exactly does that one-time back-cranking do? EDIT: Never mind, I got it to work. I took it apart, and for whatever reason it magically started working. Must've been a pinched pipe or somethi...

@Dux: Nah, unfortunately I forgot to bring my camera. And I honestly I thought we had enough packs and weapons and bottles for everyone. Guess I was wrong, lol. We actually ran out of Aquapacks to go around. Definitely gotta buy more in the following weeks. I have three 100oz'ers and two 50oz'ers. ...

I don't really mind supplying the guns. It's only because none of my friends can afford their own equipment. I talked to Cronos and it seems he REALLY wants a Shield Blaster 3000, which is funny cuz I just bought one on eBay. He's also seems to handle the CPS2000 very well, so I'm glad to supply hi...

Okay, as you know I bought a Monster XL off eBay. It arrived JUST in time before I left for my friends house. So I loaded up as many water guns as I could fit into my trunk (plus the CPS2000 and Monster XL in the back seat) and headed for my friend's house. Apparently, he (known around the block as...

I don't think I have the tools for that. I'm thinking what I need for the pin is something like one of these: http://www.monroeengineering.com/pins/page200.htm Maybe have the base "container" at the trunk of a tree and have a hole for both the pin and a "ring" tied to the other end of the string. T...

I've found tips in the articles section about building basic water balloon traps. You basically tie the balloon to one end of a thin piece of string, throw it over a tree, tie off the other end into a tripwire so that when someone breaks the string, the weight of the balloon causes it to drop. I tr...

Well... the box said FedEx. I actually work at a FedEx terminal, and we have QA people who deal with packages that have been damaged, opened, etc. So who knows, it could've just been a crappy job on QA's part; we DO get people like that from time to time. Not that I'm going with that, just saying I...

I do kinda have a pretty big trust fund, and my regular income is pretty good too, so I can easily afford to take some chances. Since I needed these in a hurry, I think I did pretty good in the long run even if they were a bit overpriced; the CPS2500 is already here, so I might get the MXL by this ...
