Re: My new CPS system

Okay., maybe I will do that. 1/2 inch CPVC work for a 1/2 inch ball valve? Poseiden, I only saw up to 3L. I saw a 25L in the military section though. But those camelbaks can be as much as I spent on the water gun itself. Is there a cheaper alternative, besides the solar shower?

Re: My new CPS system

I like that idea, because a solar shower doesn't fit around my back very well. Camelbaks are designed to do that. Where did you find an 8L camelbak? The largest I've seen is 3L, and I take pride in mine because even though its only 3L, it's larger than most. Thanks for the idea,, I will update my po...

Re: The Life of Captain Xerxes

If this mod goes well I definitely would not mod the SS 300, because it is hard to find. Also, I wouldn't do the XXP 275 either.

Re: CPS 3000, or 3200?

Okay, so where would I go for accurate ranges? is seems SScentral sometimes doesn't have all of the statistics.
On the 3200 on SS central it doesn't even have angled ranges.
If I am not satisfied with the ranges I think I will just replace the PC.

Re: My new CPS system

Okay. (I know this is a double post, but I feel this post is worthy of a separate post.) I have been procrastinating working on this gun for a while. Right now I have made a list of noticeable problems with the gun and my current Ideas for solutions. 1.)Pump: The pump is difficult to pump, probably ...

Re: CPS 3000, 0r 3200?

I think I am going to get the 3200, as there is no 3000s on ebay or on this marketplace except one (which is to expensive for me, I'd prefer to get a used one.) I also heard the 3000's backpack straps are too weak, and since it is soft it is probably harder to put in another backpack. Another thing,...

CPS 3000, or 3200?

If I was going to buy a CPS 3000 or 3200, which would I buy? Is there any performance difference between the two? I don't think there is, but, I just wanted to make sure. When I get enough money to buy one, I can get one. I do know that the CPS 3200 has strenthened hose conections, and that is why I...

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

My latest soaker would be a Water Warriors Colossus! It was hard to get it, because I had to convince my parents to get it, and they thought I already had too many soakers. I get really annoyed at that, especially because I haven't even penetrated the surface.

Rare monster X

I just saw a rare monster X (the smaller one released in 2002 to take up less shelf space) on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Larami-Super-Soaker-CPS-3010-Water-Squirt-Gun-Orange-No-Strap-Monster-/280947567808?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4169c7acc0 it was the one Isoaker didn't take out of the box ...

Re: Name My New QFD Device!

I have an idea- SuperQFD. Not super fancy, but it follows the tradition of Ben's homemades; SuperCPS, SuperCAP, SuperCannon, etc.
I like this idea. Now all that is left for homemades to re-invent is a nozzle selector.

Re: Rarity of CPS 1700 and CPS 1-3-5

Well, the CPS 1-3-5 is not worth much at all, especially in this community, because it is widely considered a very underpowered gun for a CPS water gun., but I can't tell you anything from experience, just from what I read. I don't know exactly how much a CPS 1700 is, but I think it is between $30-$...

How far can it send an Elite N-strike dart? I didn't see the range on the post, but maybe I missed something.

Well, here is what we do pretty much. I have the water guns listed in my profile, and My friend has 1 scatter blast. Re: Your Armory

A CPH is a homemade that uses a rubber bladder to achieve constant pressure, instead of air pressure, which has range drop-off later on in the shot. And example of this would be this: http://www.sscentral.org/homemade/supercps.html I have built one of these, and I'm sure several others here have als...

Re: Soaker Combos

I'd like that, only problem is I have barely any money left :x . I spent a large amount of my remaining money on my CPH (like around $120 lol). So I'm trying to start out on cheaper water guns first, to start out with, and as my money slowly grows again, I can get better ones, and maybe even try try...
