Hello last_man_standing, I am also a nerfer, and go by cooldood31 on Nerf Haven, and visit NHQ regularly. What you just said is pure trash. No nerf gun can get 60 feet unmodded, and only 2 nerf guns ever made can hit the 150' mark. Most get 70'-100'. Pistols get anywhere from 30'-80'. If you think ...

I'd stay where I am and QUIETLY see if there's one or two, and how close they are. If their within 30 feet, just shoot em. If there's one left, and out of range, I'd throw a rock into a bush 10 to 20 feet beside me. He'll cautiously aproach the bush the he saw/ heard move (the bush I threw the ston...

I agree with spinner on pretty much everything he just said. sure nerf gets better range, but that just takes a lot of the strategy out of it. Basicly, I nerf to pass time when I can't soak. For overall fun level, I think soaking beats nerf into the ground.

I gave a bit of advice, and than try to add a slight bit of humour to my post, and I get gunned down for it. How nice. I play in an city setting, and making my appearance match my surroundings is often needed. For spying and scouting, sniping, ambushes and sneak attacks. If I just hid my soaker, co...

Nice article, good points brought up. Just two things about it. One: you didn't mention anything about clothes to match the enviroment, all you said to do was to wear dark/green clothes, which wouldn't help much in a brightly coloured enviroment, or any enviroment that's not black or green. Two: you...

That war sounded great. But it's gotta hurt to have your team split like that. I hope you find a way to keep soaking.

Since the shot of the triple shot puts out 375 mls altogether, using the largest nozzle which has a 1 second shot time, thats 175 mls per second. I'm buying 2. Thanks for the stats. Isoaker, tattooing would be a good idea, but I just bought a bunch of green dye, and I wouldn't want it to go to wast...

On the box of my ss50 I'm near posistive it said it could get 50 feet. It might have gotten 30 feet angled, on a good day, with the help of high winds. Just because the box says it doesn't mean it's true. And the words "short range" and "sniping" are nearly contradictory and don't belong in the sam...

Ussa, I hate/love you. Why do I always get the new soakers last? Anyways, could you give us more info on pricing, range, aproximate stream/nozzle sizes, resivoir sizes. The triple shot is the soaker I want to know about most, I don't really care about the others. As for you Isoaker... *Pulls out a ...

Modding soakers isn't about taking a bad gun and making it good, it's about taking a good gun and making it great.

The hydro pack, so patheticly and dissapointingly small. I mean come on! A 3 liter backpack?! I'm definately not getting it, but thankfully buzzbee toys is also coming out with a backpack soaker, which is going to have, 6 liters I think it was? And it will probably be the same price, if not cheaper...

That's a good sign. Although I bet the pressure chamber is irregularly shaped, we'll see though.

Pretty much the same here, guess that may be because you're pretty close by (how close I can't tell you). It stinks not being able to soak, and I've been having soaker withdrawl for almost a month. I just try to get over it by modding my soakers and nerfing, but I'm running out of mod ideas, duct t...

I prefer "Normal" pumps to moving my trigger hand, and it would be hard to pump while shooting if the stock is the pump. The pumps that buzz bee toys put on the blazer and firefly were great, why not stick with those?

Interesting. Though I prefer to use warm water (muahaha). But how can he not be sure if it has a seperate pressure chamber or not? :oo:

Just realized something. The pump itself will be farely short seeing as it can only go back as far as the trigger guard due to it's positioning on this blaster.

I'm liking the colour scheme, and I think the pump handles are a bit small too. I guess we'll just have to wait until someone gets one to find out if it's seperate pressure chamber tech or not.
