I did open it, and the only time it leaks is when the PRV is activated, so I'm guessing that's where the leak is.

Make sure to tell us the results of this new mod. Like Jeffman said, make sure to put one balloon over the bladder before you spray so this mod is removable. I would still just stick with a regular K-mod, however...

My concerns align with iSoaker's in that it would reduce power by hardening and restricting the original bladder. And if this is true, the mod is not reversible, wasting a CPS bladder. These bladders are not common, and there is really nothing wrong with the original k-mod. In the end, I don't think...

I removed all of the ballons on my 1000, and now it pumps and fires as it should. It's also leaking, so I guess everything is back to normal with my CPS 1000.

Just got a Hydra, Ultimate Renegade, XP 150 and XP 110 in the mail all in the same day. And they all work! Hehe, it made my day.

Nah, I don't really want to disable the PRV. If not me, I'm sure someone else would blow my gun up. Besides, my 1000 is the most powerful gun in my area anyway, even without the K-Mod.
Note to community: Avoid CPS 1000 Mk. 3s. They REFUSE to work properly or be modified.

I'm down to 15 ballons and now it activates after 5 pumps. Whoope. It has the same amount of shot time as the Pulse Master on the biggest nozzle. Guess the 1000 won't be K-Modded for the year...

Well, I put it back together and tested it. The PCC held up, but I need to lighten or remove the K-Mod because the pressure release valve activates after 4 pumps...
