What kind of battles are we talking about here? I don't think a bike would give you any advantage in most wars, as your advance (although very fast) would be seen by all of your enemies. Mounting a weapon on the handlebars means being able to fire only in the direction in which you are moving; that...

Yeah, sure, you can put the pics wherever you want, just mention my iSoaker screen name or something when you post them. The douchenator itself only cost me around $60 (including spraypaint, etc) and the 250 psi inflator cost me $40. If I remember correctly, the prices for the parts are as follows ...

I haven't posted in iSoaker since late May, so I've been isolated from other hardcore water warriors for about six months now. Since my last post, I have made a few improvements to my arsenal, and I will post them here. 1. Douchenator So, I spent more than $100 on this beast, but it was well worth ...

I've never tried a pringles can, but looking at the two, I think the mortar shell desighn is more arodinamic and just plane looks cool. You don't want a WBL sabot to be aerodynamic! You want it to stop flying ASAP or else it may fall into an undesirable area, such as in a brook or behind enemy line...

I have built a Douchenator using the basic instructions on the soaker media site. My problem is, I CANNOT seem to find the schrader valve used for loading pressure into the Douchenator's PC. I have called 7 or so auto parts stores and I have also been to three hardware stores. None carry this elusi...

Yes, pumping is definitely a part of water wars, but having a pumpless sidearm of that size would be awesome. I stopped bringing more than one soaker into battle long ago because.... 1) Having 2+ guns that require pumping is a waste of energy and water. 2) My two other pumpless guns don't have enou...

I have tried a similar technique before, but string really isn't a good material for a strap. If I were you, I would use srting to make a "connection point" at which you would connect a real shoulder strap to your gun. Because the string is quite thin, I don't think the gun will stay in place for l...

Some would be willing to pay beyond $50 for a CPS4100-type soaker? Yup, definitely. Especially with the drought of bigger soakers nowadays, I would definitely pay the price of one or two videogames for a chance to add some heavy equipment to my arsenal. Consider the fact that you can find MI Arctic...

The WW Scorpion. - What is the general opinion of this gun?
I just recently saw this gun in the iSoaker listings, and upon seeing the 2006 release date, I thought "Wow, what a beast! This is the best gun of '06 by far!". Can anyone provide me with a quick review? I usually play in lightly forested suburban areas. My game mode of choice is Assault (see Train...

Yes, disputes have occured several times. Disputes are taken care of with a sort of "conference" between the people who saw what happened; usually, an agreement is reached. One of the most difficult problems for us is the "double impact", where two players kill each other approximately at the same ...

Yes. I forgot to mention that after each match is over, the teams switch their roles. Personnaly, I do not know how launchers would affect this game, because I do not have one. The defence does have agreat advantage, so we have tried to balance the gameplay in many ways. We found that giving the at...

Why 'ouch'? The Liquidator is a decent pistol-class soaker with nice balance. If you're going to be critical, at least give some reasons. True, it is decent for a weapon of it's size, but pistol class weaponry is pretty ineffective (unless you're having a "pistol class" war, which does not deserve ...

I really like what ZoCCoZ has said in the article. The shift away from power in recent years is due to the fact that there is no way to "demonstrate" the power of a weapon while it is still inside the package. The true marketing flaw of guns such as the 1200 and 1000 is the fact that although these...
