Speaking of popularity, that is one benefit of hasbro's new styling/marketing: It targets older players.
I suggest towels on a PVC frame as objectives. Soak the towel, and that objective is achieved. You could vary the size for difficulty.

Re: Invasion
How many players do you have?!? I can only manage 3 or 4 way soakfests when I am lucky :( I would suggest changing the spawn rules to 3:15. Each player gets 3 lives. each time they lose a life, they leave the battle and count for 15 seconds, at which point they return to their spawn points and come ...

Re: Latest Mod/Build
My MD6K: Strap added, smallest nozzle drilled to 5/32. It hits about 30' The strap was attached with a very unique method: I drilled holes in the fake moulding between the 2 PCs, and made a loop out of kite string for the strap to clip onto. http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/6850/20110309203134956....

I will probably get one, and will review it when I do.

I am confused. I'll just let you sort it out and read the isoaker review.

Re: Water Warriors Sphynx and Gorgon were once Hydro Power
I believe that the UK/HP version is spelled Sphinx, while the US/AP version is spelled Sphynx. This may be an easy way to tell the damn things apart.

Re: Lanard The Blaster
Thats the one I am thinking of, Isoaker. It isn't even listed on your website :( If I end up getting one, I will do a good review of it. I chiefly participate in small soakfests, and the most powerful thing in use is my vanquisher. Unless it can stand up to at least a stock MD6k, I probably won't ge...

Re: Ball Valve vs. Pull Valve
I personally like pull valves better, mainly because ball valves are impossible to make close consistently. I am also starting to wonder if they just don't seal well, since my blazer leaks out the nozzle when the gun is open and the valve is MANUALLY closed. Pull valves seem to work better.

Lanard The Blaster
Is it any good? It looks like a piston, but somebody here said it had a 5x stream. Does anyone have any experience with this?

That is great!
I have always wanted a shield that collected your opponents water and refilled your reservoir!

Ball Valve vs. Pull Valve
Recently, BBT switched to pull valves. Do you think this was a good decision? What are the pros and cons of each?

The Stingray is actually quite a good pistol. In my experience, the handle cap is quite secure.

Hmm.
It is VERY interedting that the Hydro Pak is still available. Either they missed it, or it is now air pressure.

Re: Water Warriors Sphynx and Gorgon are NOT? Hydro Power
The only mystery is why the Sphinx and Gorgon are air pressure. I feel that HP (like spring power) is too expensive/hard to produce, and was discontinued because of that.

Wouldn't it make more sense to divide the PC capacity by shot time? That would get you an average output over the entire shot.

Re: Water Gun / Water Blaster Internals Directory
Hornet's have been pretty good for me, maybe you got a bad one. The absolute worst (in terms of responsiveness) is the TS. That is because of the stupid double lever that they have. However, the TS has a much larger bore than the Orca/Blazer. The hornet actually has a larger ID than the Blazer, whic...

Re: Water Warriors Sphynx and Gorgon are NOT? Hydro Power
Those streams look so much better than the Orca, that Hasbro may have done us a FAVOR by making BBT stop using HP. They might have stopped using HP because of the obscene number of screws/reinforcements it requires. It may just be more profitable to sell air pressure designs. And if the Gorgon is an...

Re: Water Warriors Sphynx and Gorgon are NOT? Hydro Power
Damn! That is a nice stream!
How far away is that wall? 10'?
I really like the shot time on the 4x.
That 7x seems to be CPS class, and with very little drop-off!
Nice

This forum does not have one, and I think it is useful. Just post your internals below.
