I forwarded a link to this page to a nice guy at Hasbro that I've spoken with over email a few times in the past, he's been quite friendly in communication, however I doubt that he will be able to do much with the information here - which stinks, because IMO these helpful customer opinions which ar...

@Ben: I don't think that the cost of extra plastic would have actually brought the production cost anywhere near what they were asking. I really wonder why exactly it is that the companies have been so anti-modification... I mean, they have already sold the gun to whoever's modifying it, it's out o...

Personally, I would get a pressurized blaster and not a piston, because despite the piston being faster to activate, pressurized ones will fire more water and fire it farther. A flash flood is a cheap CPS blaster that is easily available and gets quite reasonable distances. I would recommend not us...

I plan to take some pictures as soon as I receive my next soaker, which is one that I've been waiting for and attempting to acquire for a long time. I won't say what so as to avoid any interference, but I think that I should have some good ones. Edit: There was a typo. Edited By cobralex297 on 1192...

I would like anything CPS, with which there is more performance than flair or gimmick, preferably spherical PC, however that is doubtful.

It makes sense to have the pressure chambers of a different diameter than the barrel, it will save space to do so, because more compressed air can be acquired in a wider barrel without taking up as much space as you would with 2". I wish I had thought of it. Although it really does seem like a simp...

I had not realized that they had been owned by Hasbro for that long. I assumed that the buyout was in 2002 or around then, when the guns stopped sporting Larami logos and switched to those marked 'Hasbro'.

They weren't Hasbro factories, were they?
This is interesting. I'll sumbit the nums on my guns as soon as i get chance to do so.

I will see what I can do. Currently I have very little free time, and the SS 300 takes more time to set up than I'd like, but as soon as I can I will.

Very well done.
I admire the breech loading mechanism, as well as the side-by-side pc/barrel setup.
Also, the use of a tripod is quite nice.
It is infrequent that you see people pressurize at 150, but as you said it is not standard for you.

There is another variant of the Xp 20 that I was previously unaware of, it came in SoakerTag Packs (and colors). This does surprise me but I can verify that it is true.

I have seen both blue w/yellow tank and pump handle and yellow w/blue tank and pump handle.

The sticker on my Xp 110 says 16.99, from Kay Bee Toys, and the sticker on my SS 300 from Toys R Us says 39.99.

I have received the 300 and am very impressed with the performance. I will most likely not use it in battle much, as I mentioned earlier. It is definitely fragile. As well, you can see here how the rear end of the soaker definitely mimics the buttstock of a rifle, something that I am further impres...

I was browsing the internet looking for interesting Super Soaker stuff that I haven't yet seen, which there isn't much of at this point, when I came across this interesting one.

Monster X review, en Deutsche.

Edit: My mistake... it's in Dutch, not German...

Thank you both.
My guess is that this will remain more on the shelf as an addition to my collection, rather than a battle weapon. I'll take it out on special occasions with people I trust to be safe, but otherwise keep it carefully hung up with my other large guns.

I have just purchased an SS 300. I had been previously bidding on one at auction on Ebay, however I was outbid at the last minute and was unable to win it. This was two weeks ago. This week, I got a message from the high bidder offering to sell it to me. The high bidder had been purchasing it for h...

Thank god you won those duxburian... thank god. I was considering making a bid because BOTH of those are AMAZING deals, but I'm super short on cash with the two big purchases that I'm making right now, an SS 300 for 45 and two, NIB Xp 110s for 20.00, so I can't really do much more financially. I'm ...

Good to see another new member this late in the season with a good post. I've got a ton of soakers already, so my wishlist is different than others as well, here's what I'd really like: Wish list: - Max-D 2000 (x1 [more]) - XP 110 - XP 310 - Monster X (older, larger version) - SC Big Trouble (x1 [m...
