I can fire a fully pumped (30-35 back and forth strokes) Blitz in stream mode for 20-23 seconds before power drop off. This matches up within a statistical margin for error of the YouTube posted video of the Blitz in action. When I set to riot mode on a fully pumped blitz, I'm getting 6-7 bursts, n...

I've seen a twin pack of WW crickets also with Sizzlin Cool written on them instead of water warriors. I think that's just the name that changed though. Actually, after a little search the blazer you're talking about is available on toysrus.ca for 19.99 $! (but not on toysrus.com, strange) I wish t...

Apart from that, it's only cosmetic. For example, the stickers are on opposite sides (I forget which is which). It has already been confirmed that the position of the stickers doesn't say anything on which mark it is. Same thing for the yellow super soaker writings on the strap and the attached res...

There IS one major difference between the MI FF and the STE FF. Like any other max infusion blaster, the MI flashflood is compatible with 50oz and 100oz aquapaks sold separately, which increase your water capacity (helps a lot the FF's small reservoir). Also the STE FF is getting harder to find in ...

Well, yesterday was a bad day for the hydroblitz's reputation, as it's ball valve on the burst mode failed a few times to close completely, spraying out some water until the blaster has no more pressure or until I switch on the stream mode. It might just have been a bad model. Having only 5 days le...

"BOOM!" hehe, my brother said the same thing when I bought the HB. The way you hold this gun adds to it's intimidation factor. Don't expect too much though, it lacks range on the burst mode.

Here is how I've recently done a nozzle selector to my flashflood: http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/9717/cimg1206wh4.jpg There was no 3/4 PVC endcaps at my local hardware store so I managed to do the mod with 1/2 endcaps using a 3/4 PVC sleeve(not sure how to name this) with threaded female ends ...

Like I said, the HB seems like a bigger badder FF to me. :oo: Bigger? Yes, a lot. Badder? Not so much. The 3x stream has the same output and reach a little farther than the FF, but the bursts aren't that big and lacks range. The only improvement over the FF when stock is the PC/reservoir capacity, ...

Consider 40 ft as it's max range when stock, such small streams can get their range reduced or increased a lot because of wind. If you want to get more than 40ft, then the mods you're planning will be useful. I may have been a bit over the top myself by saying 40ft+. As I said in post #1, the only ...

^It was a bit windy yesterday but I managed to reach about 38-39ft. So 40ft+ would be reachable without wind. Otherwise you could do power/nozzle mods to increase range. Today I'll do some output testing, I'll try to be accurate. @dragonclass: Did removing the screen on the HB increased the laminat...

I just opened my Hydroblitz. Fortunately opening it was easy, there is no glued pump caps or nozzle caps, I just unscrewed every screw I could see, and it was opened in no time. Wow, these are the most interesting internals I've ever seen. http://img481.imageshack.us/img481/2568/dscf3079ll6.jpg As ...

Unfurtunately, I got dissapointed about range when I tried it outside. The stream seems to reach a bit more distance than the stream on the FF, but the max range for the bursts is only 30ft. These blasts of water aren't effective for long range targets. To improve range, I might do a nozzle selecto...

I just tested it again, about 27-30 pumps are needed to fully pressurize the weapon (5 bursts or stream for 16 sec), 7-8 pumps to shoot one burst, and like on the FF, only 2-4 pumps to get the stream's max range. With a full reservoir you can shoot a total of 20 bursts (4 full charges), and finish ...

I've done some soaker shopping yesterday. I saw the the whole waterwarriors and supersoaker 2007 line and I finally bought the hydroblitz. Why? Because I was disappointed about the tigershark's tiny grip area, and after all, I prefer the blazer over all the 2007 BBT blasters. But most of all I got ...
