http://www.sscentral.net/images/poststats2.gif An old-ish image shows about how the year goes posting wise at SSCentral. I don't know what's with August 2003, must have been the start of school that decreased posting that much. June and May are always about the same in posting, June winning by a sm...

You don't need something that powerful... or rare and costly. If you can hit it in the split second shot time, then it might be for you. But myself and others can't, and I'd rather NOT buy an over $100 CPS 2000 just for shooting cats. If you were that serious about power you'd get a homemade anyway...

That has such a short shot time it would be much less than effective. The bad thing about riot blasts and large output blasts is that if someone dodges it then you just wasted 20 or more pumps. For a current gun I'd recommend the Water Warriors Blazer or Lightning, or Pirhana. Long shot times are a...

I now don't think I should have done that joke, it keeps coming back to haunt us all. Here's what I have in the SSC news thing, had to dig it up in the admin because I never added the feature to do that on the site. Hasbro has emailed me with the ok to post something about the planned 2005 CPS soak...

Yeah, I do think this K-modding has gone too far. I doubt this is what XN ever intended people to use this mod for. I believe I said at SSCentral, anyone can go out, buy 400 balloons, K-mod them all onto a PC and then brag about it at the forums. Also, your APH can very easily get more powerful tha...

I don't exactly know to much about the XP 310 because I haven't use it, but what standing out to me is this "monster X/ Cps 2000 hybrid" you mentioned. This may warrant a new topic, but what is it? I would like to know, I am interested.

You also could just have taken off the nozzle selector to get a similar effect. But then again, you probably would have used the selector. In that case I would have drilled it because the nozzle would have been cleaner. If it works then I guess there's no complaints though.

First, this doesn't go in this forum at all. I would move it but I'm not a moderator. How is the trigger broken? If it is snapped, my site has a repair guide that you should find most helpful. If it's another problem please tell me. Also, I think that you could possibly make a PVC substitute for th...

Umm, there are over 10 pics in the check valve freezing article I linked to. I could give you the raw digital camera images if that would help, but I don't think it will. http://www.isoaker.com/underground/mods/12kmod.cfm That's the one here at iSoaker. I think it's pretty easy, just cut out the va...

http://www.sscentral.net/tech/mods/cvf.php If this was SSCentral I would have told you to have looked at the site, but it's not. You don't have to do it with the screw method btw, it's just easier to seal a hole with a solid object in it. The basic idea is to located the check valve (which actually...

ex: can AIM users chat with ICQ or MSN Messanger? Actually you can in some programs, but I believe you need to have an account in all 3 protocols. It would be completely possible to have an international Super Soaker forum like many other subjects have. The problems arising from this include who to...

Welcome to iSoaker.com Forums. That isn't a valve, rather a rubber seal. You could replace the end with a correctly sized O ring and it should seal it fine. The proble is how to do that... your best bet may be to replace the pump with an alluminum rod like in some of my homemades. Use two pieces of...

I've seen that before. I remember DA posted it. It looks to be nothing more than a cheap rip-off soaker. Probably is either pump-action or pressurized-reservoir. There rarely are any good fakes.

The K mod reduces PC size by adding rubber around the balloon and also reduces the number of pumps you can do because eventually it will get near impossible to pump. Basically you get more shots per tank because you have a smaller PC. That's one of the reasons I prefer homemades over modded guns. T...

Some TRUs might, ask if they have any large water guns in the back. Many times there is stock you can't see normally. I think Aquarius got 2 MXLs very cheap that way.

I meant mm (millimeters), not cm. If it was centimeters thick, I'd be really afraid of tearing after multiple use. AFAIK, rubber can't be too thick in order to retain even elasticity. My homemade's CPS chamber is 3/8" thick, about a centimeter (9.5 mms actually, after the bike tubes it proba...
