Re: I'm a n00b

Both are true, I just put a part of a CPS 2000's bladder in the FF, and am working on some additional mods to the gun. However, I might just have to add the LRT I used for fixing some water guns ^^ in it's place. I need more bike tubes, and don't have any lying around. I need to PRVD, so as to remov...

Re: Recommended Team Sizes for Tournament-Level Games

I would think that 6 would be a maximum for team sizes, since it then gets too chaotic, and you must remember people that are on your team, and those that are not.

Re: I'm a n00b

C-A_99 - Isn't the FF one of the larger PC guns (of late), but due to it's low reservoir capacity, it kinda sucks? If you buy any super soakers, buy the Max infusion aqua pack that will add 100 oz. to your reservoir capacity. It is a worthwhile investment of something like $15 CAD If possible, ask o...

Re: I'm a n00b

Wow Ben, you really love the new Super Soakers, don't you? I remember when I was starting out, that I got lucky with what my cousins had in terms of an armoury. I would probably start with the Orca, Tigershark, or one of the three BuzzBee Toys prechargers (Argon, Krypton, Xenon). They get decent ran...

Gotta love April Fools....

Reading the "email", it would be awesome for a re release, but they probably don't have the facilities to make them anymore...

Re: Super Soaker Carnival Game

Ooooohhhh!
I kind of want a CPS 1500, but I bet that you wouldn't sell me one, eh XP270? Ohio is rather far from Ontario, and without a drivers license, I can't go far for long. Maybe?

Re: Elimination Vs. Survival

Respawn point and timeout seem most reasonable, because then you go to a set point, and wait a period of time, maybe 30 sec., and then you are back in the game. That seems most reasonable, or, if before your timeout is done, and you soak someone, you can get out of the "jail".

Re: Max-D 6000 RE-RELEASE?

Wait until Wed-Thurs at the least... (It might mean business days)

Otherwise, it could be arriving some time around the beginning of April... (With about 3 weeks time)

Re: Water Gun Alarm Clock

Probably possible, but instead of having it on an alarm clock, have it on a pressure switch or something, and then it can be a booby trap! Or, you tell someone to meet you there at a certain time... I wanna make one! Gold, it could not, because the Scorpion uses the motor to pump, no? You would stil...

Re: 2008: Year of the Pump Action Water Blaster

If only the old CPS guns were released...

Anyhow, we are (I guess) focusing on more guns that are an instant shoot, as opposed to pump - shoot guns. That's just what they want to do this year. The recoloured WW line looks incredible. BBT is doing great things this year.

Argon Twin Pack?

I was just browsing Toysrus.ca to see what soakers they might have for the new season, and stumbled across an Argon Twin Pack.

I was stunned as I had never seen a twin pack of Water Warriors toys (with the exception of the quad pack Kwik Grips).

Has anybody else seen twin packs of WW guns?

Re: How to Promote Water Warfare

Just a thought, but why not have two kind of events? At different times, like in the afternoon for the kids, and night battles requiring more skill for the older people who have a better understanding of the guns? The weapon selection would have to be slightly segregated (You don't want kids running...

Re: Max-D 6000 RE-RELEASE?

It might be a re release, but the MD6K is not a "new gun". It may have a new colour scheme, but then again, I have seen probably 4-6 new colour schemes in Super Soaker guns. It is a new colour though. Never seen it before.

Re: Stock Blaster Styling: 2008 brainstorming

Honestly, I like guns that can easily fit in any sized hand, with the normal colours of either nature or the CPS 2000 :goofy: The darker greens, the several shades (Black, white, gray), the blues, if dark enough, the pale orange and DEFINITELY purple or hot pink will work on guns. But then again, si...

Re: SplashFX Water Tag Vests

I remember when I got my first set of squirt guns that came with a little vest. The vest had 2 contacts, and when you hit them with water, they made a sound. However, when I shot it with my SpeedLoader, I completely destroyed one, and it would randomly go off... There were two colours, yellow and or...

The new Kwik Grips look awesome! I can't say that the Kwik Grips XL have changed much though.
While on the topic of BBT, the new Splat Blaster looks AMAZING!
(I always thought Kwik Grips was spelt with a q for some reason...)
I would say go for the normal Kwik Grips.
