Re: The prices on old super soakers lately have been absurd.
Those prices seem about the same as they've always been. It was always a struggle to find good CPS for cheap. Though to be honest, looking at those prices through the eyes of someone who works full-time, they really don't seem so bad anymore. Comparable to decent airsoft guns. The main issue is that...

Re: MXL review.
I always thought it was the splitter (or whatever it's called) that gave the XL poor range. Like, why would you have a gun with two bladders and two nozzles, only to have the pipes join together in between? They should have been completely independent; just attach the trigger reach arm to two valves...

CO2 Powered Water Balloon Mortar
Hey look! Actual pro-grade water weaponry! Not cheap, but certainly not completely unaffordable if you have a job. If I was still fighting regularly, I would have definitely considered buying one to replace my old Douchenator. It's more powerful and you don't have to worry about the damn bike pump....

Re: Super soaker CPS 2500
Pretty sure this is normal. You always have to shoot CPS guns a couple times after you first pump them to get all the air out of the system.

Re: Fluid Mechanics Homework
It sure is cool that your teacher included that graphic.. I think that sadly the teacher probably isn't a Super Soaker enthusiast since you can find the same problem on multiple sites.. remember seeing this graphic before SEAL. I think it was a simplification of this graphic: https://www.animatedso...

Fluid Mechanics Homework
So right now I'm taking a fluid mechanics class, and this was one of the homework questions in my textbook: IMG_1009.jpeg They actually got the internals pretty spot on. I wonder if whoever wrote that problem is familiar with iSoaker/the community? Also wondering how accurate the pressure calculatio...

Re: Spyra One review
My man comin' through! Thanks for the review. That's actually a lot more powerful than I thought. So it's essentially a gun with true CPS power, but handicapped. That kinda sucks 'cause if they had just gone with a normal design, not only would it be more practical, it also would have been a lot che...

Re: Spyra Two now available for pre-order
We haven't even had any reviews of the first one yet! I definitely think these are cool, but like Storm said they do not seem well suited for enthusiast water warfare. Especially at that price.

Re: Canal Battle
You mean your car? That sucks, what's wrong with it? Looks like this weekend is just poor timing all around. But that's okay, we can figure something out for later. The parks will all be better then anyway. I was thinking about hosting a pool party this summer, which you'd be invited to. Might be fu...

^It's at Elk Knob which is in the mountains. Obviously that would be pretty far for you, but you'd be welcome to carpool. We do leave quite early though.

Re: Canal Battle
^OUCH. Hope you get better soon. Perhaps it's better to wait a couple months before doing this. That way Storm should be all healed up and the foliage will come in. I looked at pictures of the canal park during the summer, and it is a vast improvement. Only thing is I'm sure it'd be more crowded. I ...

Re: Canal Battle
I'm pretty sure the last battle I fought in was the really hot one in spring 2018. So not quite three years, but almost. So anyway, earlier today I went to the state park to look around and take pictures. The photos seem to be too large to upload to the board directly (not sure why, since they were ...

Canal Battle
Hey all, it's been a while. I don't know how many people will read this, but I'm posting it anyway just in case. So me and marauder have been talking about doing a battle in February, most likely on the last weekend (27th-28th). As of now the details have not really been ironed out yet (and I'm not ...

Re: Water Warriors Garganuta X
For real? Why in the world does BBT push this technology so much? This has to be like the twentieth variation of the Steady Stream. I guess I should have known that they wouldn't do anything as adventurous as a spring PC blaster, but considering how good the original Gargantua was, this comes as kin...

Re: Storms Duelfest’s
Wow, you got a lot of rare weapons. I had a T-Shock 8000 back in 2002. It was like a mini Splashzooka, but we were dumb kids and couldn't figure out how to fill it. Seems to be a pretty good blaster though if it could beat down the C2 like that. Or maybe that just goes to show how bad the C2 is, hah...

Water Warriors Garganuta X
This seems to have flown under everyone's radar. It's a Garganuta with a spring PC! Seems like an odd move on BBT's part. I wonder if this would be better or worse than the CPS chamber of the original. Either way it's kinda cool to see. They haven't done anything like this in some time.

Re: Duelfest 2018
You got a Pulse Master? That's awesome, I've long been curious about it since nobody has ever brought one to a war before, and it seems to have pretty good stats. That's actually quite impressive that it was able to hang with a 1700. You should definitely run it against the 1000 and the Gorgon if yo...

Re: Watergun with an integrated water balloon launcher
Wow, great work. I remember people would always talk of building water guns with built in WBLs, but as far as I know you're the only one to actually do it. How does it perform? I know one of the concerns with having an integrated WBL is that it might not shoot balloons far enough to be worth it, bec...

Wow, that looks very high-quality. Not sure I like having all those electronics in there though; I hope they're waterproofed well.
Has anyone gotten one of these yet?
