What about hanging a bucket or something of that sort. And instead of dropping a balloon, it would just dump a bunch of water on the person?

What if you hung a balloon in a tree (or over someplace someone is likely to take cover), and then either set up a tripwire type device or extend a string that you can activate yourself? Thanks for the responses! The noise from the pump is in the pump shaft, so if it keeps bothering me, maybe i'll apply lubricant. The rattling sound is only when I turn the blaster one way or another. I just don't want to open it up if i don't have to...! ---edit----- Actually, i got bored, so I too...
