Re: Need some help from the experts...
One misconception: The Arctic Blast doesn't have the biggest shot of any manufactured water gun to date. On average I'm sure the Flash Flood matches it. 10X or larger nozzles on older CPS series water guns have as much or more output than the Arctic Blast or the Flash Flood too. If you're talking a...

Re: One of the best handgun-type waterguns has returned!
No broken triggers for me, though one of my older Larami Max-D 2000's has a cap problem; it keeps leaking air and water, and I can't find the hole or problem anywhere!
Maybe someone can help me.

Re: Need some help from the experts...
I recently went on E-Bay to buy myself my third CPS - the first two I've owned I've had since they were new. Those are the CPS 1000, CPS 1200, and CPS 3200. The 3200 is a great blaster since it has a decent range, decent firepower, and a backpack which will last you a long while. The others are smal...

Yep. Also, I made mention of that you can use it also to repair broken handles.

Re: The Legacy's Pump Handle Reinforcement - The Manly Way!
That's odd that they won't load. o_O But anyway, as for the mod, yes the weight is negligible. In fact, I didn't feel any weight difference. The only difference is that you no longer flex the rod during pumping, which is a good thing. :P I forgot to add a point, and that is that you shouldn't glue t...

The Legacy's Pump Handle Reinforcement - The Manly Way!
Hey all! Recently, I planned (and eventually hosted) a big waterfight, and I decided to include my two CPS weapons: A CPS 3200 and a CPS 1200. The 1200, among the rest of the non-track handled designs and my recently EBay'd CPS 1000, are prone to snapping due to their hollow, plastic design. Fear no...

Re: Arctic Blast modifications
You know, Arctic Shock's PC could in theory be used for a CPS pressure chamber replacement, in the case that the bladder fails.
Just an observation. Nice mod.

Re: The mechanics of a CPS 3200.
Here's an update. For some odd reason, the CPS 3200's hose self-corrected its problem. Quite possibly, it just wasn't sealing properly. In any case, it works fine. Really odd. o_O
Anyway, I'm going to put up a few repair/retrofit posts.

Re: The mechanics of a CPS 3200.
Can't quite tell from your explanation, but does water flow through the hose when the hose is disconnected, but the hose valve is in the open position? Parts of the problem sound either like the hose is clogged or the hose attachment is not sealing properly. The water doesn't flow through th...

Re: The mechanics of a CPS 3200.
Nice pic and good job on the repair! When you get a chance and feel inspired, I'd really like to learn a little more about exactly what you did. As well, with a more complete repair guide, I'd like your permission to eventually repost it together with any related images you have on iSoaker.com. Sou...

The mechanics of a CPS 3200.
Hey all. It's one of my first posts here, and I have some information that you guys may like. Recently, I had to pop apart my CPS 3200 due to a pressurization/release problem that was causing untold issues. In the end, I found that it had to do with the feeding end of the soaker, as well as the hose...

Sure, I'll see what I can do. As for the repair photos, I'd need to take it apart again. Before you fret, it's only one screw. That's all it took to fix it; one simple smooth-neck screw (as in the top half of it doesn't have a thread). Originally I used a different screw, and it kept unscrewing its...

Hey there. First of all, I'm new here, so hai. :D Anyways, I found this site through Google, and it brought back nostalgia about my two CPS guns, the 1700 and the 3200, as well as other guns including an apparently rare MDS (though I'm not sure if these dead soakers were tossed; they might have). S...
