Re: poll of the week
It used to be easier in phpBB to make a poll, but they've hidden the option now. In the forum you want to post in, click on the New Topic button. At the bottom, there are three tabs: Options, Attachments, and Poll creation. Click on Poll creation and you can make a poll. According to the admin CP, y...

Can you provide more information? I don't know why you're having that problem, so here are some questions that will help: What's the error message? Can you provide a screenshot?

Re: poll of the week
I think once a poll has been created, it can't be edited. Make a new poll if you want to add an option.

Re: poll of the week
I like some blasters like the XP 150, which have larger pumps. I'm not sure how a 3/4" pump would work on something more powerful, but I think I'd get used to the difficulty of pumping eventually. So I voted for 3/4".

Hi, welcome to WWN. As I suggested to you via email, you can check some reviews for detailed statistics: http://www.isoaker.com/Armoury/Analysis/1998/super_soaker_cps3000.php http://www.isoaker.com/Armoury/Analysis/2000/super_soaker_cps3200.php Some other reviews worth considering: http://isoaker.ne...

Re: Semi homemade CPS with pieces from a XSHOT blaster
Probably, but I don't know much about that. You should look into making a pump for your homemade blaster.

Re: Semi homemade CPS with pieces from a XSHOT blaster
You should need at least 40 psi as I recall, perhaps more. Not all home water systems will be able to reach that pressure. You can buy a pressure gauge to test your water pressure.

Re: Semi homemade CPS with pieces from a XSHOT blaster
You haven't provided any information about your LRT, so it's hard for me to say. The required pressure depends on the tube. All I can say is that you need more.

Re: Semi homemade CPS with pieces from a XSHOT blaster
What's the procedure you're using to fill? Connect to the water hydrant, open valve, wait for LRT to fill, close valve, detach from water hydrant?
If that's the procedure, a check valve (one-way valve) is not needed.
The LRT might not be filling if the water pressure is too low.

How are you attaching the LRT to the water hydrant?

Re: Hi I got nerf thunderstorm and does not seem to pump
Thanks for the video. I wasn't sure how it worked. It looks like it basically pushes the water out by squeezing the tubing. I'm assuming that you tested it with the magazine full of water. I didn't see the magazine in the video, but the video does show that motor works. It's possible that there's a ...

You can't upload the video here. We don't have the space. Upload it to YouTube or Google Drive or whatever works for you and link it here.
Edit: You also could try uploading it to the Discord: https://discord.gg/WWSuxgBF2g

Hi, welcome to WWN. We're going to need some more information. If you could take a video of what is happening and upload it somewhere, that would help.

Re: The Curious XXP 175
Interesting analysis. I too would like to hear the story behind some of the stranger blasters. Unfortunately, we've heard little about internal Larami decisions from back in the day. There might be something in the book by Al Davis, but I've never seen mention of it outside of iSoaker.com: http://ww...

Re: Choosing a fun 'water sprayer' blaster
A SC 600 sounds like a good choice, particularly given how common it is on eBay. The XP 150 is also a good choice and quite common on eBay. The pump is large enough that if you pump while holding down the trigger, you can empty the entire reservoir. However, I think it might be less durable than the...

Huh, I'm not sure that I ever saw this blaster before.
And $9,999.99 might be the highest buy-it-now price I've ever seen for a water gun!

Re: SpyraThree released
You're right, the SpyraThree doesn't seem like much of an upgrade based on currently available information. I myself would like to see a CPS style blaster more like the classic Super Soaker CPS series (more capacity, no electronics, nozzle selector). It doesn't seem that Spyra is too interested in g...

Re: Spyra LX question/idea
There doesn't seem to be enough information out there about how difficult it would be to make a Spyra LX have a standard trigger. I watched the video but didn't see much about the trigger mechanism specifically. I think someone's going to have to buy one and disassemble it to get a better idea.

New 2023 water blaster news
I haven't heard anything specific about new blasters for 2023, but iSoaker has found what appears to be a new Super Soaker product for 2023: Hydro Balls . I'm not a fan of this new product. The name makes me cringe, and I doubt the safety of this product. I'd only try these if everyone had good eye ...
