Re: NEW Water Gun Line: Mizumi

Its bound to land in local retail stores sooner or later. Personally I never was a manga fan. And while the comic poster boy looks somewhat flamboyant on that image, the gun doesn't. Plus the image still beats the Ozinator comercial dude who gets hit by white liquid. That makes Manga look like the U...

NEW Water Gun Line: Mizumi

Well, I haven't been around for awhile. Then again, not much new with retail soakers. And with that I mean Super Soaker still sucks( how can you brutally mess up even pump cannons ?) and Water Warriors are still to slow witted to crush them( how can you not run someone out of business who messes up ...

I'm fairly satisfied with my current MXL shooting 40 feet on the dual 11.5X. Is it overated? For $160 probably. But then again most bidders are nuts. Just as overated as bidders cranking out $120 or $150 for a CPS 2500 or a CPS 3000. As for practicality, its not what you use but how you use it. For...

What's wrong with the original trigger mechanism, anyhow? I need the ball valves for my 2 K-Modded CPS1200s and a K-Modded CPS 2700. The valve on 1200s have a tendency to no longer work because of the incresed pressure of a K-Modd. After 5 pumps the valve and trigger no longer moves. As for ...

I tried to look for detailed article first but I didn't find them. ...Or overlooked them. In any case, I have three K-Modded CPS cannons that have to use a ball valve instead of their original trigger. Since the only modd that I have done are k-mods and tank mods, this ball valve modd is new to me....

No, my TRUE question was, what is the CPS2K's nozzle rating?

CPS 2000 Mk1: 28X
CPS 2000 Mk2: 21X

Keep in mind not the entire PC is being emptied in a shot since some water still remains in the PC.

Myspace and Youtube? Thats sooo 2006. Savages... . :;): Actualy its probably hardest to convert teens and young adults(Highschool college) to non-mainstream activities. Especialy if its envolves toys. There are still to many insecurities around that age. I don't think its a specific coincidence tha...

Nothing specific in model# here. I do know that after the bulb squirt gun from the 19th century, there was an odd WWII water pistol. The guy on ebay who sold it had no clue how to use it. It was all tin and didn't use a spring trigger or a bulb. I do think that the first squirt pistol with the spri...

Prity nice page. But isoaker, there is a 70-80 year evolutionary gap between the 19 century and the 80s. :goofy:
What happened to the squirt pistols and the pistons?

@Ben: ZOCCOZ's Speed Loader page also says 1999, but that doesn't quite jive with the fact that Speed Loaders pre-dated Super Chargers by at least a season. Any insight that can be offered through contacting the inventor would be definitely appreciated. To be honest i just got the informatio...

As an aside, ZOCCOZ was the first one in the community to discover that the Cosmic Liquidator is actually an air-pressure blaster. Not sure if his is in better condition than mine. Yeah, everyone forgets about good old ZOCCOZ. Even though I had the first Liquidator review, it got so few hits by vis...

Looks like those prices are more for nostalgic reasons. I can somewhat relate. Now havings said that, I have seen more CPS 2000s recently on ebay than in the past which results in them being abit cheaper than usual. The CPS 2500s on the other hand sell twice as much now than last year which is just...

Sales whise, sometimes less is more. I shall leave the rest to everyones imagination. :p Buzz Bee Toys would probably agree with me when I am saying "to know more, you would have to buy it." With $20 for both I think people would be tempted to take that offer.

Well, I definatly would not hand those reviews in for the next review contest. :;): But it answers the first questions that come to ones mind which are what does it look like, how large is the stream, how does it work, how far does it shoot and how much do I have to pay?

This is just a quick review of both soakers(I have to get up early in the moring for work). Short yet to the point. Steady Stream= Some sort of a piston-cps hybred. Uses a spring to keep the stream going. You pump once, it only shoots for a second like a piston. You keep pumping, the shoot lasts ti...

Metric is of course more scientifically accurate, but certain things don't really need the precision. I wouldn't care if a water gun shot a couple of cm farther than another. Makes no difference in battle, so the added precision makes no difference either. Well, depends on what you use stats for. I...
