Still, effectively that means you're still getting only 200mLs out of the soaker at any given second, and with this mod there is still no way to cause 250mLs to leave the barrel in one second (unless your pump arm is like lightning). I understand the math behind what you are saying, but then what s...

What really interests me is how you managed to get 250mL/s out of a soaker with a 200mL firing chamber (according to the stats here on isoaker).

I remember that soaker! My older sister had one when I was 5 or 6. It was piston powered. Wasn't very good from what I remember (beat her with my ss50 almost every time).

I say the 3200. 8 litres compared to the new soakers 3. 3 litres would only fill 1-2 soakers, and than leave you with out water.

And in a soakfest, you do NOT want to be on the wrong end of a 3200.

A new company called Buzz Bee Toys has been making good stuff (Such as the Blazer [about equal to a cps1000] and the Pirahna [about equal to a xp310]). You should look into them.

You may give them the benefit of the doubt, but I try not to give people who act like this any benefits. If they really know people with three 2000s, they wouldn't have any problem posting pics. Also, notice at the beginning of the thread they say that their MI overload will be able to take them ou...

Man, if your jaw dropped when you saw a 3x, I'd love to see you after watching a 10 or 20x stream.

Other than that, BBT makes great soakers, the blazer and firefly are 2 of my favourites, and I'm hoping to pick up a pirahna this year (and buy my friend's blazer off him).

Um, I guess I'll be the first one here to call you out on this BS. If a trio of 2000s exists in anyones arsenal, it would be one of the hardcore battalions (Ridgewood, Waterbridge, etc.) but to the extent of my knowledge, not even they own three (per team). If only this were NH, reading a pair of 9...

stinger, pool pumper, water balloon filler, storm of some sort, unknown (uzi squirt gun), unknown, firefly, unknown (I know it's a piston soaker)

I'd probably be able to find all the answers by looking through the armoury section, but what would that prove?

I used to use a 6' by 2' shield with a hole to stick the nozzle of my splashzooka through and a slit covered in clear plastic to see through. It was pretty much invincible, but it took a lot of the fun out of soaking so I stopped using it. Now we have a rule that all shields must be stationary (in ...

Nibor, the reality is he does have soakers that shoot 60+ feet. The 2000 (2500 too?) shoots 50, so what's wrong with hoping for 45? My wars are much lower key than Dux's, in fact other than Dux and the people he plays with, I doubt there are any groups that play the way they do.

Firefly twinpack (in white and pastel green and blue, $15 at walmart (Ontario Canada).

Saw a bunch of soakers at toys r us a couple weeks ago. I don't remember names or prices, but there was nothing new.

I spotted a pack of white/pastel coloured fireflies(yellowjackets) in the back of the toy section at my local walmart. Idon't know if this has been mentioned before, but anyways... It's kind of like seeing those little white flowers sticking out of the snow is a garden. It let's you know that sprin...

There is almost nothing in a piston based soaker to clog, and if something does, it's easy to fix. Simplicity makes pistons the most reliable backup weapons ever. If you think about it, this soaker is it's own backup weapon.

Unless you're in some kind of league playing for money (highly unlikely), or one of the few remaining hardcore battalions like Dux and friends (unlikely), training isn't important. Just find the people, then get outside and play.

Accuracy has very little to do in my battles (smaller soakers with lower range). Hitting someone has more to do with anticipating where your opponent will dodge to after your first burst (trigger tap, whatever), or ambushing so they don't get a chance to dodge. The shot I'm most proud of is the one...

It's not that I don't want power, I mean it would be awesome to have more power in smaller packages, but if companies continue to target lower age groups, I'm fine with that.

WTF? I wasn't complaining about your arenals, or trying to stop you from modding (I've modded some soakers too). I'm just trying to say that soakerdom wouldn't work if 12+ stickers were on everything, and backing that and my choice of using smaller soakers. Quit twisting my words. I don't see how y...
