Well, I finally made it!
I sawed through the Check valve area, shortened the spring a bit and glued it all together again.
Just for the fun of it, I even repainted the Reservoir and pump handle, so it can now almost be considered as remanufactured
Works fine again!

Well, it seems to be the Check valve between Reservoir and pump. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, no matter if i pump fast or slow...
So what exactly can there be done to fix it? Saw it off and replace the spring? Thanks for your support

Thanks! No, I haven't tried pumping fast yet, the gun is still disassembled. But i'll do so when it's all mounted again. The skirt seal at the pump rod seemed a bit worn out indeed. Here is what I did to stiffen it again: DSC_0932-1024x576.JPG It's actually car body seal, needs 24h to dry completely...
