Re: SS 300 For Sale

Well to be honest its more the sentimental/nostalgia aspect, I don't battle anymore and my interest while it has somewhat regenerated isn't like before to the point where I had loads of big CPS's etc. However I would still like to have some blasters which give me a general reminder and if also the d...

Re: SS 300 For Sale

Strange I didn't receive anything, perhaps the PM system messed up there. If you could send me your message again please then hopefully I'll get it this time. If not then I'll pm you with my email address and we'll do that instead.

Re: Withdrawn: SS 300

Right well I have now decided I will let it go (just wanted to take some updated shot pictures before which I have done now), so it is yours Dinosaur if you still want it. I should mention that it fires fine and far however it does leak a bit sometimes, most likely from when it gets hard to pump whi...

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

I do wonder if the classic series release is prone to flying tank syndrome (although at the same time don't really want to risk finding out!). I know with the original version it seems more prone to it due to the half twist reservoir which if the threads get worn there I can see it being far more pr...

No its the original yellow, gray and green colour. I think they are the same version though just a different colour.

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

Received a new XP 75 in the post today, the more later classic series version. There's no riot blast on mine but I still like it, I had a 75 years ago which I liked so it was good to have one back. Surprisingly though this one is from 2001 looking at the 4 digit number on it and also having it come ...

Re: Withdrawn: SS 300

Well you never know, to be honest as of late I am having a bit of a resurgence of interest and have been spending a bit of money and will probably continue to do so for a bit, if my plans go ok then I may yet end up deciding to let it go. I'll let you know anyway, I can tell you that shipping to Ire...

Re: Withdrawn: SS 300

I'm sorry but I updated the thread a few days ago to mention that I have decided to keep it as I might regret it later on, and because there wasn't really much interest I took that as a sign to keep it. Of course if I change my mind I'll let you know.

Re: SS 300 For Sale

£40 + 72 shipping, hence why when it comes to buying for a price I do not expect interest (as mentioned a blaster trade would most likely work better overseas).

Re: SS 300 For Sale

I can give you an idea without needing an address. I should warn you though this will be quite a large package when packed and shipping internationally to the US, the rough quote I got is more than what I am asking for the blaster, it comes to around £72 GBP.

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

I didn't mind the SS 10 although admiteddly it did not shoot too far, not the best small blaster but I liked it, wasn't the most popular or raved about when it came to online reviews/opinions but I wouldn't class it under the worst blasters made pile. It was released over 20 years ago now I think, h...

Re: SS 300 For Sale

I'll give this one last try before I look at another option. I'd let it go for £40 GBP plus shipping.

Or to open it out possibly further away/internationally I may do some sort of trade for a CPS or two/cash adjustment or something.

I don't expect any interest though.

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

My interest for Super Soakers has drained off a fair bit now, but I still and have recently gotten a bit more reignited as I received a new XP 15 2000 edition today. Mainly got it for fun and also some taking care of some pests use. Like it a lot, especially the design, simple and clean lines (I pre...

SS 300 For Sale

Please note this is probably better aimed at UK members or close, although if nothing materialises there then I might consider working something out further away. It is just the shipping costs are high being that the UK and US/Canada are pretty far from each other. I feel the time has come to sell m...

Re: CPS 1500 - defect or normal behaviour?

This is normal, as you mentioned it is for excess drainage of water after each shot. I would advise against sealing it, I did that once a long time ago when I was new to the 1500 and it was not a good idea, the water instead builds up and drains out elsewhere, around the trigger which just gets you ...

Re: Blaster count

Mine while settled now has changed a lot in relation to the list, I sold off most of it on eBay recently, keeping my main favourite ones which I have owned from new. What remains with me now is a CPS 1500, 2000, 2700 and SS 300.

Re: Modding My XP Pool Pumper Blaster!

One thing I should note is that there might be different versions, I can't tell from the picture whether yours had this, but the one I had years ago the nozzle could screw off, as seen below: http://www.dukesoakem.com/images/XP%20Pool%20Pumper%20Blaster%20Internals%20(6)_JPG.jpg The use of the piece...

Re: Cps 4100 trigger reinforcement

That 4100 looks like a Mark 1 to me, the purple reservoir cap tether and seam on the back of the reservoir give it away. Mark 2's have large rectangular ridges down the rear of the reservoir and an orange reservoir cap tether. Chances are the trigger should be fine, although reinforcement is always ...

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

Great find! Odd issues though; I don't think I've ever had leaky pull valve assembly halves (although the seals inside do fail and I'm dealing with some of those with that problem right now), and I never noticed any issues with worn reservoir O-rings; it seems that they should still seal, for the m...

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster

I've not been doing a lot of activity and taking things slow lately, however today I did receive something, if not the final main thing I've wanted back since I started the site. Although I still had to work hard and get up off my backside today to get it into full swing. http://www.dukesoakem.com/N...
