Re: Choosing a fun 'water sprayer' blaster - long read

I’m not entirely certain if the person who said that you can misalign the nozzles on an XXP 275 was me or not, but I can confirm that it works. Given a few little details like firing from a single on the 2.5x setting and a strong PRV that seems quite common on 275’s it’s not unheard of to hit 45’ on...

Re: Choosing a fun 'water sprayer' blaster - long read

I would say the Water Warriors Gorgon is a good choice, it’s got a reasonably large tank, the power to hold off CPS class opponents, and a good selection of smaller nozzles too. They have most of the strengths of an XP 250 but a traditional trigger and smaller pump volume. They’re fairly common on e...

Re: Spyra LX question/idea

Honestly I’ve had some “misfires” with my LX and during those it actually has more power than a CPS 2000. I don’t know how to disable the ridiculous trigger but I do know for a fact that its causing a good 10’ on range

Re: Orca Mk2 details

Biggest quirk of the Mk2 Orca is the best ranged setting is the second largest nozzle even though it’s largest is only 5x equivalent the other thing to note is that WW electronic pressure gauges are known for developing a leak over time but all of this also applies to every other true Hydropower gun...

Re: CPS 2500 Review

I would tend to disagree with you Long. I’ve always found the 1500 to feel wrong in the hand compared to the 2500, although I’ll admit I’m the weirdo that finds the XXP 275’s handling natural…

Re: I wonder how does ww pulsemaster costs.

Its the best of the WW spring powered blaster they made yes? Better than the Krypon? IDK I had a MK1 Krypton before my Pulse Master and I'd have to say the are pretty similar.

Re: I wonder how does ww pulsemaster costs.

I've got a WW Pulsemaster i bought last year honestly I felt comfortable with what I paid which was around $35. That said most people aren't aware of WW Pulsemasters Especially so while its worth it, it might take a lot time to sell.

Re: Storms Duelfest’s

Did some more dualfests today XP 215 vs Squirtgun 7-6 You heard right I tested it. Overall the squirt gun was on the defensive the whole time. It marginally outranges the 215 but it was outgunned on output. Max D 4000 vs Storm 750 5-6 Overall the 4000 is more powerful but it’s not as ergonomic and l...

Re: Spyra Two now available for pre-order

I'm disappointed to see that the Spyra Two hasn't integrated a reservoir, while the Sypra has good firepower and a reasonable RoF it doesn't mesh well with the fighting our community does. 20 shots isn't enough when you're half a mile away from the nearest water source unless its got otherworldly po...

Re: Battle at the River

Yeah, including my friends was as last minute as the war itself, I ended up driving to their house and waking them up to invite them. Justin is a total jock who’s always running and lifting weights and so he’s very comfortable with a fire and maneuver style of fighting even with big guns, especially...

Re: Canal Battle

On feb 2nd a cat crossed the road in front of my bike while I was bombing down a hill at 40mph. Somehow I missed the cat but I ended up faceplanting, in total I broke my jaw in 4 places dislocated the left side and it took 20 stitches to fix my chin. At the moment I’m on a liquid diet and at the mom...

Re: Water Warriors Garganuta X

Unfortunately this was not a result of the injunction but rather a deliberate choice from WW. In 2016 when the patients ran out they released the Hydropower Waterlord, the next year in 2017 they released the Cylindrical CPS Gargantua.

Re: Storms Duelfest’s

Ran some more stuff today Beast vs CPS 2500 5-6 Beast at long range acts like a defensive gun and the 2500 more offensive. This fight reminds me a lot the battle between my 300 and CPS 2000. The 275 puts a wall of water up and makes it difficult to move in closer, but the 2500 is slightly better at ...

Re: Spyra One

I’m hopeful that this thing will rival the 1200’s in power even if it’s limited to tapshots. Spyra seems to think that a water gun should only be fired flat, and based on the range claims and shot volume claims and duration of each shot I’m expecting a 5x nozzle and 40-42’ out of it angled range. Bu...

Well that’s even more disappointing, I expected a lackluster “light” primary and instead it’s another weak piston pumper.

Re: Water Warriors Garganuta X

I’m not to confident in this on the one hand my Pulse Master has firepower on par with a stock 1200 but with inferior RoF due to the small chamber volume. While I found it usable against other guns in its size class one of my friends who normally would use his 2500 tried it and basically just hated ...

Re: Storms Duelfest’s

Believe it or not Seal my 275 has everything that a stock 275 should have, it’s still got twin nozzles what I did was converted the shower and fan settings to an off setting, twin 5x and a 10x. That 45’ range has been verified against multiple CPS 2500’s on their 10x and in combat alongside Scott’s ...
