I'm 16 as of now. I got my first soaker when I was 7 or 8, and I really got into them when I was 13.

The Flash Flood isn't a sniper by any means. It is totally geared towards being a standard assault blaster with its mediocre range, power, and "flash flood" attack. If you want a really good sniper, find a CPS 2000/2500 like Adrian said. I prefer lighter sniper rifles, like a CPS 1000, or XP 110/15...

My lastest soakers are the Max Infusion Overload and a Vaporizer. I really like both of them. I'm looking at an XP 270 twin pack now. There was also a Max-D 6000 twin pack at a Fortinos near me, so I might get that one.

It really depends. The triple shot has three nozzles, and it's small. If your looking for a decent and flexible backup/sidearm, the triple shot does the trick (I own one myself). As for the trigger, I've had mine for a year and there hasn't been any problems with mine yet. Also like avis implied, t...

Dammit! I really wish I live closer to you guys than I do now.....I want to meet all of you in person and stuff. Well I guess I could host a regional war in Canada sometime. It's just the boarder crossing and all that jazz that makes it difficult to make it to this war.

Damn, I could have used the trigger mechanism from it. I guess my CPS 2100 remains "broken" for now.

My local Wal Mart has all Water Warriors blasters and no Super Soaker ones. My local Fortinos has some Super Soakers (Arctic Shock, Defender, Max-D 6000 twin pack) and my local Shoppers Drug Mart has reissue XP 70s. I am still going to check Toys r' Us and Zellers.

I haven't seen a Krypton in any store near me. While it sounds like a good blaster, I think I'm going to stick with a Blazer. Lots of people that I know who do any kind of water fights has one, including my neighbours. I've used one before and really found it a good blaster. Comes with a strap too ...

Over the course of my "career" as a soaker enthusiast, I have only dared performing two mods total on my soakers. One was a check valve freeze on one of my Max-D 5000s. Another was an attempt at a K-mod and CVF on my CPS 2100. While the soaker was apart, I managed to keep all the parts together qui...

So it's most likely called the "Overload" as in an overload of pumping and crapiness......I think I'll look for a Blazer. Thanks for the help.

Hey, it's been quite a while since I've posted here. It's almost summer and I've been wrangling a few new soakers for the season. So far I've gotten a Defender and a Flash Flood (both of which I'm pleased with). I just wanted to know which soaker out of these few are worth getting: A Max Infusion O...

A Canadian Tire up north near my cottage had a Monster X, CPS 1700, and a CPS 3200 in 2003. They are most likely gone by now. I had no money and the CPS 1700 (the one I wanted) was like 35 bucks canadian.

So what you're basically stating is that the Water Warriors line is making good competition with Super Soaker, and now that that's happening, SS will try to compete more so? Since the WW line came up with the Blazer, do you think SS will come out with a new CPS soaker? Find out on the next episode ...

I agree. Although I'm not currently the owner of a CPS 1500/1700, I've seen them in a few stores far up North, and they look good in construction, and from what I hear all around, powerful. The CPS 1000, 1200 and 2100 legacy is getting old, and a new twist to that CPS line would be nice too. I'm no...

Hmmmm. I'm guessing they will be made of or look like crap, but will be just as good as the last CPSs that were made (2100, 4100)
