Hey RAK, would you consider $15 including shipping for the 1-3-5? You could send it via the slow mail for the ~$8 option or so I think. I live in 98178.

Yeah, I completely spaced it. I've been meaning to send the check, but I've been either preoccupied or too lazy...
I will definitely try to get it out this week. Need to buy stamps...

It has been awhile since I took alook at the main forum.

Is the CPS 2000 still available? I would pay in US Money Order. Also how much for basic ground shipping to B.C Canada? I couldn't care less about shipping time or Mks.

though you might not care about either of those things, but you do remember the condition i labeled it in, right? i just want to make it very clear so no one gets accused of con-ing someone else. the CPS 2000 is mk2 and *functional* but it needs screws. due to a freak losing of the screws, i have an unsecure (insecure?) casing for the 2000. and knowing the power of the 2k, i dont want to mess around with an unstable casing. i think it was razor who had FTS. not happening to me, and not happening to anyone who i sell this to.

to actually answer your questions, the 2k is still available. shipping to canada is not a problem. i just need to get on to finding another box big enough for this sized soaker. i sent nibor my biggest box which i managed to fit in a 2500, 1200, 3000, and one other soaker i believe was a CPS. yes, im that lazy that i dont want to look it up. but it was packed. and the box was more a rhombehedral prism instead of a cube or a rectangular prism by the time i was done packing it. as far as shipping is concerned, i would suppose anywhere between 10 and 20 US dollars. though due to the time of year and the holiday season, i would suggest holding off your payment until after the new year begins just to ensure that it is not lost in transit. if it's going to happen, it'll happen during this season. i would suggest the same to you, cloud, since timing doesnt seem to be much of an issue for you both.

I have read the condition before with the screws. The impression I get is, that the screws can be bought at the HOME DEPOT store and then screwed back in again. Aslong I don't have to do any mods with the internals, its fine with me. Just to doublecheck, the screws mission are externaly, not internaly, is that correct?

The shipping sounds realistic with $10-$20. On a sidenote I would advise to go to the normal postoffice when sending them and not UPS. UPS is known to jack up the price $5-$10 over its real shipping cost.
Just wondering, are there any other large soakers left, so I might can get combined shipping like $20-$30?

As for the price of the CPS 2000, would $40 be acceptable? Shipping not included yet of course.

40 is good. and yes, the screws are missing externally. all of the internals are fine unless otherwise noted. as far as large soakers go, i've got the following which i'd consider "large":

MXL
MX
CPS 2700 (new and used)
CPS 4100 (new and used)

i'll add more if necessary.

the US postal service (USPS) is the shipping provider i opt to use anyway. however, the aforementioned problem regarding the holiday season makes me wary about using their service. if you wouldnt mind waiting until the rush is over to send distant family members christmas gifts, you can send payment in a month or so and i'll hold on to the soakers for you. they dont look like they're going anywhere anyhow (sales joke).

back onto the combining shipping topic, i sent those 4 soakers (big, fat-ass soakers, mind you) for under $10 to NJ or CT, somewhere close-by. that gives you an idea of how useful this can be to the buyer. of course, you're already aware of that, which is why you brought it up, but i'm just elaborating for those who were not aware.

and yes, home depot should have all of your fixing materials. i just have no idea of exactly what screw sizes are needed (i'm pretty sure you need more than one size, both in girth and length --- ??? nevermind) so i would not be much of a useful resource in that area. maybe someone with a 2k, a screwdriver, a ruler, and a digital camera could help you out. not that the camera is all that necessary but it's cool to have the visual aid.

EDIT: sp

Yep, these are the large soakers I had in mind. I am interested in the MXL and MX. How would $55($35 for MXL+ $20 for MX) sound for both? Then it would be CPS 2000+ MXL+ MX = $95. Combined shipping could be then $25-$35 with cheap groundmail perhaps. Im not that sure what box you will use, so combined shipping is still up to you.

Paying on January is fine with me. I would have to wait anyways for a paycheck till I can spend $120-$130 as a Total.

Hi RAK... what do you have still available in the CPS lineup? Particularly the 1700, 2100, 2500, 3000 and 4100.
Thanks!:)

Edit: Also the Monsters.

Are the NIB CPS2700 + CPS4100 (better condition one?) still available? Maybe $30.

EDIT: I'll pay $10 for the CPS4100, $20 for the CPS2700. I'd rather buy the CPS4100.

I already purchased the two 2700's so they aren't available.

Out of curiosity did you (Rak) put them in the mail yet?

RAK, I'm just wondering if you are still interested in selling since the last time you replyed was December 17. just wondering since the soakers are might already be gone.

Bluemage wants to buy the MXL for $40. So I will pay $45 for the MXL and $40 for the CPS 2000. But I still need to know if this sale is still on?

While on topic, can those who are concerned whether RAK has shipped and/or received payment for a particular soaker he's selling use the PM system here instead of posting a reply, please? It works better, IMO, since you can also check the box to verify whether he's actually received/read the message or not. This thread should preferably be used for bidding and/or general questions about the condition, availability, etc. of soakers he's selling.

Thanks!
