For those wondering, the Water Warriors Hydro Current is Buzz Bee Toys' latest battery powered blaster using 4 AA batteries (unlike the older Water Warriors Jet that used 3 AA). Whoe not performing as well as the older Water Warriors Tarantula, the Hydro Current outperforms all of the Nerf Super Soaker battery powered blasters by output, but range testing still needs to be done. Granted, output is still less than a 1x stream from an air-pressure or elastic-pressure water blaster. But being manual-pump-free, it's not a bad choice for a back-up blaster, either. It is, however, a little heavy on the front since that's where the batteries and pump are.
