Favorite Water Blaster Design? (1,000th Topic!)
I don't think there's a thread like this yet. Basically, post which water guns you think look the best.
My personal favorites (in sort of chronological order):
SS 200
CPS 1000
CPS 1500/1700
CPS 2000/2500
CPS 3000/3200
SC Power Pak
Monster X & XL
MI Defender
Rattler
Electrostorm
Those are all I can think of. I like many more, but those on the list are the ones I like best. I think my favorite overall would have to be the CPS 2000 and 2500. Those things just look so bad-ass and purposeful.
By the way, this is the 1,000th topic in the Water Blaster Disscusion forum; this place has more topics and posts than some of the other forums combined. I guess that's leftover from iSoaker.net, haha.

I just love the feel of the XPs. That's why I'm going to power boost my 250!
Speaking for all the kids of NYC, i 'm sorry to say that they LOVE gimmicks and looks. Thats why Nerf is sellin' like hotcakes, meanwhile Water Warriors are on Clearance(don't tell them, it's better for us! )
I also like small-mid-large, ANY CPS's structure, but not exactly color. I would love to see a 2000 in Rattler Colors, and see if it works out.

I love the feel of XP blasters, and the simplicty of different chamber for pressure and resoivoir is as a design.

For looks: I like the Hydrocannon the best, even after I found out it isn't the size of a shoulder mounted SA-7, the thing still looks awesome.
For how it feels in my hands: the XP-105, the weight is perfectly balanced on a very comfy hand grip, the shape also looks nice. Sadly it doesn't have the performance to match.
For practicality: the Vindicator, it is basically a big water tank with a handle, nozzle selector and pump. Few guns, if any, make this good a use of space. I also like the way it feels and the styling, though I have the far less common light blue/blue with a bit of yellow. The normal blue/yellow doesn't look as good. Both mine are broke though.
For performance: The CPS 2500, though not as powerful as a 2000, is a much better all rounder. My current primary, that extra 5ft over my Vindicator really makes a difference.
I own only a small portion of the water guns that have been made (and have used fewer since many were broken when I got them) so it is possible that these will change some day.

Re: Favorite Water Blaster Design? (1,000th Topic!)
This topic is mainly for which styling you like best, but feel free to mention your favorites in other categories. As far as feel goes, I've never held a water blaster that feels better in my hands then the CPS 1200. The grip on those things is amazing. As far as 2500 vs. Vindicator goes, I don't really think 5 feet makes much of a difference, as I've taken on 2000s with my 2700 no problem, and there's like a 7.5 foot difference there. No, I think the difference is in the output. The Vindicator shoots pretty far and all, but it can't compare with the large, explosive streams of the CPS series.
Also, I forgot to mention that I really like JLspacemarine's CPH too. I think it looks really awesome, dispite the fact that styling is nonexistant in homemades.
