Looks like a new colour scheme to me, not to mention new stickers, too. Then again, 'tis a >10 year old water blaster design...
Maybe it's a one-year-post 10th-year-anniversary-edition for the XP70! :goofy:

This seems to be the main recolor Hasbro using this years. Now if they could apply this to a CPS1000 or 1500, yea right!

I would buy them!
I have a purple/blue/green XP 70 from 2007:

Did you also notice that the guy selling the XP70 has some knock off in a box that looks a little too much like a SS's. Is there no shame?

It would be really nice if this is legit, my original 70 died many many years ago.

I am pretty sure it is. This would be an exact copyright and patent infringement if it was something else. Sometimes Hasbro rereleases old guns in limited quantaties.

Jump on it. I bought it new from the grocer a year or two back. I'm kicking myself for not getting two- these are the epitome in dual wielding, even though they rampage through the water supply at an awe-inspiring speed.
