iSoak'D 086: Endurance
iSoak'D 086: Endurance
Two strips in one week? Don't get spoiled by it!
I'll admit, though, that part of the idea behind this strip came from soakinader's video idea, though I switched the blaster being used.

Lol, one final tap shot out of a 2500's empty PC is still far more devastating than a Lightning Storm's entire full mag.

That's really funny... glad DX didn't decide to use the lightning storm he found thrifting.

Putting numbers to it all:
Assuming a tap shot from a CPS 2500 lasts about 0.25s to 0.5s, it should be able to push out roughly 171mL to 342mL on its 20x setting. The Lightningstorm pushes out a whopping 9mL/sec. Thus, it'd take a continual hit from a Lightningstorm to last at least 19s (to 38s) for it to push out the same amount of water as the tap shot. Even if one could get 10 tap shots from a full PC on the CPS 2500, each shot would push roughly 65mL which would still equal a continual shot of ~7s from the Lightningstorm. This also doesn't take into account the range difference, either.
While I still do stand by the notion that the Player still makes the blaster, when one's blaster is vastly inferior, you need a really, REALLY good Player to make up the difference. When Players are of similar ability, choice of equipment ends up counting more.

Even though he can outlast the CPS users, there's no way he can make them as wet as he is when they're done with him, haha.

I lol'd when I saw this. Well done. Although, to be fair, the guy with the lightningstorm must have some dying batteries or something.

You know, I kind of miss the unrealisticly straight streams from older comic stips on the CPS guns.
Also, do I smell a bit of you making fun of some of these recent wars as well?
