Water Wars: An Interactive Adventure!

Post by scottthewaterwarrior » Thu Mar 15, 2012 9:04 pm

I was bwowsing Youtube looking for anything water gun related when I cam across this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhb36S5a ... ure=relmfu
Honestly it was one of the most retarded videos I have ever seen but I still watched it. It was a little too silly for my tastes and most the "soaked" shots where clearly done with a hose and not the junky Hasbro guns they were using, but it was still a nice relief from the normal 5 year olds running around while some guy who doesn't know how to use a camera films.

The video is actually a series of videos with links to the others as you get to chose the tactics to use in the battle. Anyway, like I said, the video is retarded, but still some how satisfying that some one other then people here actually tried to make something good with water guns.

I wouldn't describe it as retarded, though it was no doubt quite a goofy one. And plus they actually know how to film (while adding unnecessary, but rather amusing, overdramatizations), which is a bonus.

Goofy? Yes. But still fun/cool, nevertheless!

I wonder if this was a project for some course? Anyone here feel like putting something similar together?

Maybe we could do a "Chose your adventure" video at Downpour this year. Anyone in, I think we could make something at least as good as they did, and all being hard core water warfare experts it would probably be better!
