Edit: Topic title changed from "Lol" to "RARE DISCONTINUED Super Soaker CPS Arctic SHOCK"; please use more descriptive thread titles. "Lol" is useless for a title.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! *Ahem*

I'll say it's rare; I don't think I've ever seen a CPS powered Arctic Shock before. :goofy:

Actually seal, though that is funny, if the arctic shock not only looks but is built like the arctic blast it is cps. I know the arctic blast uses CPS along with the flashflood.

It is not like the AB at all except for the gimmick. It a a gun with a tiny AP chamber and a piss nozzle.

18 1/2 hours left and no bids. It seems even the soaker n00bs know how crappy this gun is.

I bought an Arctic Shock when it came out and I was disappointed. My main problem with it was it's puny pump. It should not take that many pumps to pressurize such a small pressure chamber. I felt like the pressure chamber was the size of an XP 70s but it took twice as many pumps. Also, I'm not so much of a fan of the over under design, but I feel like the Flash Flood and Arctic Blast do it better than the Arctic Shock; and since they perform better I can kinda overlook it. The ice core thing was pretty fun, but you can really do that with any soaker using ice cubes or crushed ice.

Uh, the Arctic Shock isn't CPS. It's air pressure. The Arctic Blast is CPS, but what he's selling is the Arctic Shock.

I hear a lot of complaints about the AS, but having used one before, I've found that it isn't all that bad; I think it sort of performs like an air pressure AB without the riot blast. I think the biggest problem is that it's so big, yet can hardly match up to smaller blasters like the MD 3000 and 4000 (That, and they wasted a ton of space with their "Ice Core" chamber.).

Seal, you're a bit late to the party. We've all said that already. The MD3k is great for it's size.

Oh I didn't notice that... I thought you were saying something else. And certainly nobody said anything about the MD 3000.

To be honest, I find that I like the 4000 better than the 3000. There really isn't all that much of a size difference, and the 4000 packs more punch.

MAybe, but nobody ever has one. You hear about the 2k, 3k, 5k, and 6k all the time. Why no 1k but the way? That would be a tiny little thing, might be funny.

Nobody bidded in the end, and he relisted it. He's only losing money trying to sell this.

Actually the starting bid is $10. That's quite a bit...for a gun like the Arctic Shock.

Hah, no bids yet. They did re-release the AS as well, but I'm not sure if it was for this year or last. Either way, it shouldn't be that hard to find, not that anyone who remotely cares about performance would buy one anyways. Takes ridiculous amount of pumps to build up acceptable/usable amounts of pre-pressurization. Without pre-pressurizing, the blaster is no more useful than a squirt gun where 80% of the shot's time will get squirt gun range or less.

I love that I just saw one at the store a few days ago (along with a $16 Flash Flood and a twin pack of Steady Streams).
