As for finding CPS4100 leftover stock, it totally depends on where you live and how popular your store is (i.e. how many did they order versus how many were sold last year). Luck draw, IMO.

As Hannibal said, they don't sell good choices of CPS water guns anymore. But for the best on the common market that's out there right now, Target, K-Mart, and Wal-Mart have the best bets, and Big Lots and Dollar Stores/General MAY have some. My friend last year saw an original release of an XP-310 and an SC-400 in a KB Toys.

If you think you might find something around, check KB Toys. If you want something up to date, try K-Mart and Target. They're your best bet.
