How do I remove the nozzle selector from a CPS 1500 ?
I just got my broken CPS 1500 mk2 (made in summer of 1998) and I need to get the nozzle cover and pump cap off to fix it.
If you ever bother reading these, I worry for your mental sanity.

Nozzle cover has two versions I know of: First check the horizontal tabs on the front of the gun and see if they can be pulled off to reveal screws.
If not, you have to pull the cover off along with the selector tab which should slide out of a groove. It's a pain (especially if glued) but can be done without damage.
I have pictures on my Minus page (nad3r.minus.com), I'll be back later but in the meantime go ahead and look.
If all else fails, show me pictures and I'll take pictures of the one in my closet.

Now that I have it open, does anyone know how to fix a leaking pull valve pin?

If the pump cap is threaded off, the nozzle cap should snap off quite easily. Otherwise, it's probably snapped on tight or may be glued. I think for that one, I ended up splitting it in half.

You want to know how to fix a leaky pull valve? I've done it twice now.
Dude, check this out:
Grind the head of the pin, drill a tiny hole and add a cauter pin so you can put it back together after.
On this CPS 1500, the pin was rusty- so I sanded off the rust, added lubricant, and made sure the o ring was good. Works like a charm.
I thought I actually posted a thread about this somewhere... but anywho....

Haha, thanks guys. It really wasn't a big deal, I just had to find a way to fix it so I did. That 1500 valve was stuck, bad. The spring was compressed like 50% and that's why it wouldn't close.
I was having issues with my super-broken CPS 2500 and I decided to open up that one too-as it turns out, it wasn't rusty, just needed a new o ring and some lubricant. It's funny, the stock guns had 1 o ring but now they each have 2. And I swear I already posted a thread about this.... going to go look for it now.
