More XP 150 stuff
WHen I pump my XP 150, it makes this horrible squeaking noise, like metal on metal. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Find out what's making it. Maybe lubricating the pump will help.

Most likely the sound you are hearing is the check valve actuating. Because the gun is older, the spring that seals the diaphragm inside of the valve is old and possibly rusting. There's not too much you can do about this, besides replacing the valve.

Well, you can open your gun, carefully saw into the plastic pipe before and after the valve. Then replace the spring, clean everything from rost, glue the parts together with strong glue and all should be fine then

The 150 is at it again. It's leaking from the valve near the front. If I epoxy it, it'll restrict the valve movement but if I don't do anything... it'll leak....

Can you be more specific about the point of leakage? Why would epoxying it restrict the valve? Try using a two-part liquid epoxy that will cover thinly but still be strong.

I can try...Near the nozzle, the last point of metal. It is the only part of the valve I can't remove with cutting into the 150.
