A few of the songs you do mention do come to mind in a waterfight! I guess water Warriors think alike!
One that does stand out sometimes is Papa Roach - Getting Away with Murder. That may be my theme song. :p

Can't possibly go wrong there, but dude ... Only One by Yellowcard? What does a break up song have to do with getting you pumped for waterguns?

Re: Water Warfare Theme Songs? - ^
in my opinion music from video games works well.
Blood Ravens Approach - Jeremy Soule - Warhammer 40000, Dawn of War.
Halo Theme Mjolnir Mix - Martin O'Donnell & Michael Salvatori - Halo2
Master And chief - Justin R. Durban (edgen) - Halo2
Invicta - Jeff Van Dyck - Rome Total War
The Ocean on His Shoulders - Gary Schyman - Bioshock
this makes everything you put it over sound all epic and HUGE!
Lux Aeterna - Clint Mansell - requiem for a dream
also
no more sorrow - linkin park

Imperial March from Star Wars. Enough said.
And I see the date on the original post and I feel stupid.

I think you mean "Imperial Death March". And I mention this not because I'm being picky, but because otherwise it wouldn't sound imposing enough.
Good selection, of course.
This discussion thread seems to pinned to the top of the section, so I'd say it's meant to be read and posted on indefinitely.

"Rise Above the Storm" is an awesome song. It was part of the Beyblade Soundtrack, but it is a sweet song.

Hmm...well one-on-one duels tend to be highly technical, about accurate shooting while evading your opponents shots. In my experience, this carries to wider battles - there's some racing, but a lot of it is fairly slow-paced standoffs. So I think we need some music to reflect that. Go down the route of grandeur and epicness, rather than the fast-paced stuff.
O Fortuna http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9adW5No9IM is a solid, if obvious choice.
"Route One Boss Battle" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0tgVj7BJzA would work quite well I think.
Mars, the Bringer of War http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0bcRCCg01I is surely another great one. 3:09 - 3:14 (and any other similar sections) could be a massive water bomb being launched then impacting wiping out the targets.
On the other hand, if you're just after music for a silly soakfest, it has to be Entry Of The Gladiators http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B0CyOAO8y0 , a piece you will definitely know but may not know the title (it'll surprise you!).

Re: Water Warfare Theme Songs?
I have no musical talent when it comes to playing instruments, or telling what songs go with what for that matter, but in my spare time I sometimes write lyrics. A few months ago I started writing this song, normally I only write a verse or two when the inspiration hits it so it took a while. I remembered about this topic and realized I just had to finish the song and revive it.
So here it is, the singing/instrumentals are kind of heavy rock/light heavy metal.
My masterpiece:
So here it is, the singing/instrumentals are kind of heavy rock/light heavy metal.
My masterpiece:
Water War!
By Scott Bertaut
It started with blasting round the yard,
Just me and a friend.
It was so much fun,
You’d never want it to end.
We’d fill up our guns,
Then give ‘em a pump.
Then we’d pull apart,
And shoot eachother up.
Water War! Water War!
Why don’t many people do this any more?
Water War! Water War!
It was so much fun, and I want more! More! More!
Soon we moved to the woods,
The yard was getting kinda old.
We’d play there everyday,
Until it got cold.
There’d be two big teams,
And when the battle would start.
There’d be crossing streams,
As we blasted each other apart.
Water War! Water War!
Why don’t many people do this any more?
Water War! Water War!
It is a sport and I want more! More! More!
(Epic guitar solo!)
Then I went to the community meet,
Met these hardcore guys who were really neat!
They say paintball is better but my adrenaline had never been so high,
As when they came at me with those 2000s that shot out a kids eye!
Now water war is back on the block,
The next few years are really gonna rock.
The new guns are sucky but no one seams to care,
Cause water war fever is in the air!
"If you are wet at the end of a water war, you are doing it wrong"
Van: "What happened?" SEAL: "Scott Happened"
Alex: "But the stream is cold." Me: "It's fine, my feet really hurt, now they're numb!"

Oh, and I love Rise Against. That is a surprisingly slow paced song for a watergun fight though.
