Generating Water from Air
Sure, it's too big and energy consuming at the moment, but the day we can hook up a smaller version onto a water gun letting us "fill" on the fly, that'd be pure soaking bliss.
As an aside, this thing is pretty much a renamed dehumidifier so it, in itself, is not that innovative.
