Haha. Funny hanibal. I'm just saying that soakerdom (I wonder how that word got started anyways) will not grow if companies started putting 12+ stickers on waterguns, due to the FACT that the largest market for soakers is children 12 and under. Yes I do use smaller, less powerfull soakers, for the ...

So, D.A., let me translate: Option 1: Fill squirt guns and basic Airpressure soakers with fancy gimmicks and market them for children like the TOYS are meant to be, and let the KIDS have FUN with soakers. Let soakerdom grow through kids coming into soaking through underpowered guns, an some of them...

Zoccoz: recently I made a statement saying that the 55mls/s from the overload was decent. That led to others asking why anyone would want a less powerfull/smaller soaker, which led to people saying there was no point in any soakers other than cps. Shortly after, isoaker put that thread back on trac...

Oh my. I thought we were done with this. Why can't you people just let an issue die? Anyways, I like seperate pc air pressure, because of moddability and potential for power. I prefer using a medium-light air pressure soaker as my main weapon, and a pistol for emergancy situations. Oh, and precharg...

The reasons are cost and size. Not everyone wants to pay $30 for a pistol.

And 105 posts in a week isn't always a good thing, it should be post content you aim for.

L.A., I wasn't complaining about the large guns, I was defending my choice of lighter weapons and saying that the OL had decent firepower for it's size/purpose. If you want to continue this conversation, send me a pm, we messed up this thread enough already

"I don't know anyone who has such a weak weapon as an air-pressure gun, nor do I know anyone who wants one, or would waste money on one" If that's the case, I feel sorry for you. Low power battles are some of the most fun, fastest moving water battles I've ever had. And NEVER call air pressure soak...

"no one wants a 30x blast from a CPS 2000 unloaded on them" You just made my point. No one wants to be hit by a 30x blast. It's not fun, especially the little kids who the game is meant for. And you guys say people dodge more in high power battles, but if you don't dodge in low power battles, what ...

I don't know him, but I know where he lives (not exactly, but roughly). It would be awesome to get together for a war sometime though.

You two just totally missed out on the whole point of my last post, didn't you? "but a wimpy gun is less fun to use, and people dread your 20x nozzle far more than your 2x"-Prime example of being unsporty. "we go for bigger stronger guns, because we don't believe in our tactics"-I'm pretty sure tha...

Actually Dux, the weather up here (in Canada) has been pretty good the past week (above 0 degrees cesius, which is really wierd for this time of year). I live within a two hour's drive of isoaker, and I can say that it's not the weather, isoaker is probably just to busy or lazy to get the range tes...

Yeah Dux, I do realise that it's less than a 2x stram. My favourite soaker, the max-d 6000 uses a 2x nozzle. I don't care if a homemade can support a 60x stream when my biggest competition is a 5x. Most people I play with prefer not to use CPSes (and almost never let me use my MX) because it takes ...

EDIT: nevermind, I just found it EDIT#2: WOOHOO! I looked over the thread of suggestions (which is where he said the the Splat Blaster was developed) and realized that I was one of the people pushing for a shotgun, and giving ideas for it (Some of the others were Adrian, isoaker). I CONTRIBUTED TO ...

Please ignore my stupidity, I've been out of the loop for a while, but where can I find info on this "scorpion"? I did a search but didn't find anything.

This might be one worth getting if it really does get aproximately 55mls/s (decent powered light backpack soaker, that's sweet in my books). Is the pump a decent size? How many pumps to fill the cps chamber? Shot times? L.A., we still haven't seen this years Buzz Bee Toys. Big Bee hasn't let us dow...

Just for the record, the Blazer does way better the cps 1000 and 2100 do in battle due too shot time, nozzle selection, and ease of pumping. And you're going by output right? It's a flawed way of judging soakers. Other aspects are needed from soakers for different jobs, such as sidearms, soakers fo...

I just checked the BBT thread, isoaker mentioned universal backpacks on May 28, 05. (currently page 13). I've suspected fo a while that Hasbro keeps an eye on these forums. I think this, along with isoaker actually getting the things from them (not yet confirmed by isoaker) proves that they do.

35mls/s? I have to say, even for a soaker of this size, that is pathetic. Looks like I'm going for more Buzz Bee Toys blasters this year.

Is there a seperate air chamber on the Defender or is it just pressurized resivoir? Output measurements would be much appreciated.

PS: Pictures, pictures, pictures, pictures...

I never saw you say who sent you these, so I'm just going to take a stab in the dark and say that hasbro started caring that we hate them. Also, I think someone mentioned the idea of removable backpacks in the Buzz Bee Toys suggestion thread. Anyways, I'm happy, because us light infantry get all th...
