Yes, my CPS 4100's trigger also broke and for me it was a mk1 because I bought it in the winter of last year at a TRU as an overstock. The PC is still pressurized to this day.

Oh where oh where has my CEO gone, oh where, oh where can he BEE? Probably busy presenting his new products to retail stores everywhere. By giving us a preview of the 2005 lineup, Big Bee is likely done with us for a while until he's ready to show us pictures or something. He'll probably be more ac...

The CPS 2100 is a better all around soaker to have than the 4100 because of its durability and similarity to the trusty 1000/1200. Unfortunately, it dosen't seem to have been rereleased wwith Soakertags and is only available as an overstock. Hopefully it will be rereleased or Hasbro will no longer ...

Tropical Weather Update (5:40 A.M. Beijing Time) Hurricane Frances is in the Bahamas and less than two days away from the Floridian coast. Analysts predict that the costs from this storm could be as high as $35 billion, making Frances the most costly naturla disaster event in U.S. history. This dos...

That's interesting. However, it's just another one of Hasbro's double and triple packs and it would be better to have two different soakers ratehr than two Helixs. By the way, since when were double and triple packs manufactured by Hasbro/Larami?

Now that hurricane season is beginning to get into its most active period, it's time for me to begin my tropical weather updates again. Those who were at WWN in fall of 2003 will remember my tropical weather thread in the community forum, when Hurricane Isabel began its move on the U.S. East Coast....

Due to the large size of the AquaPak, it is logical to think that it has larger nozzles then the updated Blazer. Hopefully, it's largest nozzle will be around a 10X, which might also be the most power companies are willing to give for their soakers.

Its a rather cool fantasy, however the exact opposite would happen to what you are thinking. If its heated thats fine, but the current gravity if earth can make a CPS 2500 shoot 40 feet. 1/6 of that and you have about 15-18 feet. Since the gravity helps to control coherency, you will get more of a ...

Even with the bountiful array of new WW soakers that will be released next year, I won't be able to get purchase the more powerful ones if soakers such as the Blazer and AquaPak are still only available at K-Mart. I hope that they become available at stores in my area such as Wal Mart, Target, and ...

YES! Entertainment made Speedloaders. They were better than most Super Soakers and all Water Warriors and Storms. The standard nozzle size was about 5x, they were QFD only, and the Powersurge 2500 could give a CPS 2500 a run for its money. Great guns, too bad they're gone. Adrian I never realized t...

That's interesting. As I've said in earlier topics, I found several Spiderman 2 Cannons in China while I was on vacation. Unlike Canadian Monster Rockets, these soakers were in American packaging, so the strategy for them didn't involve using other packaging for foriegn markets.

For those who are unfamiliar with the current trend, the only source where discontinued soakers are readily available is ebay. The problem is, many of these soakers are heavily used and with several days of bidding the final prices can far exceed the original prices. Also, you have to have a $10+ s...

Currently I'm in China visiting family so I'm at the same time zone as Singapore. The only official soakers I've seen are overpriced Spiderman 2 Cannons. Unfortunately, no Water Warriors or Super Soakers to speak of around these parts. However, I did see a bunch of pump-action dime-store water guns...

Someday someone will create some sort of low gravity environment that people will pay admitance to get into (bendind laws of pahysics perhaps). That "someday" will be the day one could have water warfare these special effects. I think that water warfare in a low gravity environment will come before...

To suffer fools gladly means to put up with stupid people. I'm much more likely to tell someone "you're full of crap and here's why" rather than let them blather on about stuff that they either know nothing about or stuff that is just blatantly wrong (misguided or bad). Damn, I lost the bid at the last second. The guy proably had a sniper on or something. Well, I guess I'll have to wait untill another time. :( People repeatedely bidding in the last few mintues is very common. My theoretical method of keeping this from happening is to put on a very high maximum bid...

Interesting, sadly the only thing I'd think I'd buy would be the AquaPak (I'm poor and need a new backpack). What are the planned prices for these items? Since Big Bee said earlier that the 2004 ceiling price for soakers was $19.99, the price for the AquaPak can't be a huge amount more than that. I...

The moral of the story is that if you search high and low in stores that people don't usually buy soakers from (Eckerd is mainly a pharmachy). Another exampel of this was when multiple members found CPS 2100 overstocks at Sports Authorities along the east coast.

Has anyone considered a soaker that would be effective in chasing away insects and other small animals that are traditionally known as pests? I don't usually find attacking them as animal creulty.
